In Romanian language there are some resources for automatic text comprehension, but for Emotion Detection, not lexicon-based, there are none. To cover this gap, we extracted data from Twitter and created the first dataset containing tweets annotated
with five types of emotions: joy, fear, sadness, anger and neutral, with the intent of being used for opinion mining and analysis tasks. In this article we present some features of our novel dataset, and create a benchmark to achieve the first supervised machine learning model for automatic Emotion Detection in Romanian short texts. We investigate the performance of four classical machine learning models: Multinomial Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Classification and Linear Support Vector Classification. We also investigate more modern approaches like fastText, which makes use of subword information. Lastly, we fine-tune the Romanian BERT for text classification and our experiments show that the BERT-based model has the best performance for the task of Emotion Detection from Romanian tweets. Vector representations have become a central element in semantic language modelling, leading to mathematical overlaps with many fields including quantum theory. Compositionality is a core goal for such representations: given representations for wet'
and fish', how should the concept wet fish' be represented? This position paper surveys this question from two points of view. The first considers the question of whether an explicit mathematical representation can be successful using only tools from within linear algebra, or whether other mathematical tools are needed. The second considers whether semantic vector composition should be explicitly described mathematically, or whether it can be a model-internal side-effect of training a neural network. A third and newer question is whether a compositional model can be implemented on a quantum computer. Given the fundamentally linear nature of quantum mechanics, we propose that these questions are related, and that this survey may help to highlight candidate operations for future quantum implementation.
Word vector representations are an essential part of an NLP curriculum. Here, we describe a homework that has students implement a popular method for learning word vectors, word2vec. Students implement the core parts of the method, including text pre
processing, negative sampling, and gradient descent. Starter code provides guidance and handles basic operations, which allows students to focus on the conceptually challenging aspects. After generating their vectors, students evaluate them using qualitative and quantitative tests.
Modified resole resin/short silica fiber composite materials have been prepared.
The resole resin was synthesized and then blended with Polyvinylbutyral (PVB)
polymer with different weight ratios to reduce its brittleness. The mechanical,
thermal
and physical properties of Resol- PVB blends were studied to
characterize these blends and select the most appropriate mixing ratio of
polyvinyl butyral with resole resin, which was identified at 15 phr of polyvinyl
butyral for every 100 parts of resole resin.

In this paper , we will define multiple orthogonal vector of Diophantine
equation on specific conditions. We will solve the Diophantine equation
with this vector in ternary number system and develop special
relationships for it , {0,1,2} , then w
e will present a new public
key cryptosystem based on multiple orthogonal vector with an example
to illustrate the system.
It's considered that، the ring of linear operator of vector
space and stilled as a source of many mathematicians in general and
algebreians particularly in introducing a new concepts in algebra
and ring theory. In this subject I. Kaplansky proved
the following
theorem: "The ring of linear operators of finite dimension vector
space is regular".
The object of this paper is studying of ring of linear operator
of vector space in abstract algebra point of view.
This paper presents a new contribution the domain of sensorless speed control of
doubly-fed induction generator in wind turbine applications. Where the speed and the
dynamic torque are estimated and used to feedback the control loops. The proposed
sensorless algorithm is robust to variations of the values of machine parameters where the
estimated speed is independent of them. The algorithm avoids using differentiation which
significantly improves its immunity to noise. The field oriented vector control theory is
used to control the speed of the doubly fed induction machine. The used controllers in
closed loops are classical proportional integral (PI). The modeling is based on the Park
equations of the induction machine and on a simple model of the three phase inverter. The
results of simulink on MATLAB provide good performance of the sensorless speed
control.
This study investigates the relationship between the financial
development and the economic growth in Syria during the period
(1980-2010). The financial development was measured by the
credit granted to the private sector and the broad money M2
whereas the economic growth was measured by the real gross
domestic product per capita.
