The objective of this study is to assess the reality of the professional commitment of
the employees in the private commercial banks in lattakia Governorate, The researchers
identified three types of functional commitment, which included both Affec
tive
commitment, Continuance commitment, and Normative commitment.
The researchers distributed a questionnaire to a random sample of 77 workers. Each
questionnaire included 24 phrases that measured the three types of commitment. They
calculated the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient to measure the stability of the scale, The t-test
was used for one sample to test the hypotheses, The researchers found results showing high
degrees of functional commitment of all three types, but at varying degrees, where the
mean of the responses on the expressions that measured the three types of commitment was
Greater than the mean neutrality of the scale.

This research aims to identify the reality of librarian service in two
schools from the first cycle of basic education schools, and to
determine the degree of teacher usage for learning techniques
available in schools libraries, and to achieve the
se objects a
observation card and three questionnaires were prepared and they
were given to librarians, teachers, and a sample of students, and it
has been applied on two schools from the first cycle schools in
Damascus: Ibrahim Hanano and Al-Amal schools, and the number
of sample members were (156) member distributors as the
following: the librarian at both schools, (14) teachers and (140)
students.
The results showed that the reality of the school library is
inadequate in terms of physical environment and the available
collectibles, As for the librarian he is not a specialist in the field of
libraries but he practiced the required role requested from him to the
fullest.
The purpose of this research is to study the effect of higher education employment on labour participation rate. This is done by analyzing the reality of the labour force, especially the reality of employment of people with university degrees as we
ll as by defining the participation rate by gender in order to illustrate the gender gap. It also determines the impact of higher education on the labour force participation rate, using simple regression. Doing these two things helps in putting future economic policies.
The study shows that there is a decrease in the whole labour participation rate during the period of study despite the rise of higher education employment. Using a descriptive analytical and statistical method, the research comes up with some important results:
Higher education negatively affects the rate of female participation in economic activities.
Higher education negatively affects the rate of male participation in economic activities.
This research deals with the phenomena of heritage in the Divan of "Brandishing of Tired Hands" of the poet , "MamdouhAdwan" which he drew from the religious heritage , such as calling the figure "Ali bin AbiTalib" , and from the historical heritage,
such as calling the figure "Saladin" , and the literary heritage , such as calling the figure "Alahtaih" and "Al-Mutanabbi" and others.
Researcher shows the presence of heritage in the poetry of Adwan by intertextuality with the Koran , and with poetry, and shows influenced language of the divan by the language of heritage , and also addresses the poet's employment of the heritage in his divan, and concludes the results reported in its place of the research.
The objective of this research is applying Factor Analysis for Studying the most
important economic factors affecting the number of employees within period 2000 till
2009 in Syria, to propose a methodological framework for constructing the integrat
ed
factor analysis model system (FAMS) that can be used as a decision support tool in
employment year examination and supervision process for detection of years, which are
experiencing serious problems. Sample and variable set of the study contains 17 economic
variables.
Study years (10 years during the period 2000–2009) and their economic variables.
Well known multivariate statistical technique (principal component analysis), was used to
explore the basic economic characteristics of the theses years, and discriminant models
were estimated based on these characteristics to construct FAMS. The importance of factor
analysis model system in employment year examination was evaluated with respect to
defining the non-employment years for deciding the most important employment policy for
reducing unemployment rates in future.
Results of the study show that, if FAMS was effectively employed within studied
years, It is possible in this case to identify weaknesses, according to the years that have the
number of employees is less than the overall average calculated over the period.
