We propose ConVEx (Conversational Value Extractor), an efficient pretraining and fine-tuning neural approach for slot-labeling dialog tasks. Instead of relying on more general pretraining objectives from prior work (e.g., language modeling, response selection), ConVEx's pretraining objective, a novel pairwise cloze task using Reddit data, is well aligned with its intended usage on sequence labeling tasks. This enables learning domain-specific slot labelers by simply fine-tuning decoding layers of the pretrained general-purpose sequence labeling model, while the majority of the pretrained model's parameters are kept frozen. We report state-of-the-art performance of ConVEx across a range of diverse domains and data sets for dialog slot-labeling, with the largest gains in the most challenging, few-shot setups. We believe that ConVEx's reduced pretraining times (i.e., only 18 hours on 12 GPUs) and cost, along with its efficient fine-tuning and strong performance, promise wider portability and scalability for data-efficient sequence-labeling tasks in general.
The objective of this research was to create an optimal investment portfolio of all securities listed on the Damascus Stock Exchange based on the historical prices of the listed companies by using the Solver tool in Excel. A simple analytical study w as conducted for Damascus Stock Exchange. Since the beginning of the period studied in 2010 to 2017 significantly, where the increase was observed in 2017 clearly as a result of increased trading and large volumes. Thus, an optimal financial portfolio was formed with a yield of 1.79%, a risk value of 6.17% and a risk pricing of 0.29 and a lower risk than the majority of companies, in addition to ensuring the highest return in the portfolio at the same time less risk. The portfolio consists of 21 securities, including 11 from the banking sector, ie 52.3%, 6 insurance companies, or 27.7%, one industrial company and one service company. In addition, another investment portfolio was formed, weighted by the market values of listed companies for the end of 2017, a return of total portfolio of 2.13%, a risk value of 15.68% and a risk pricing of 0.1358. The portfolio consisted of 21 securities, including 10 from the banking sector, ie 47%, 6 insurance companies, or 27.7%, one industrial company and two service companies. This indicates the extent to which the Syrian banking sector has acquired the optimal investment portfolio.
We have in this research study of the forces that allow the iterative approximation calculation method of eigenvalue as well as the eigenvector associated with it. Also studied the way the reverse repetitive forces that also allow to get closer t o a eigenvector has intrinsic value known approximate. It has also been described QR method which allows calculation of all eigenvalues in an effective manner, then we have created an algorithm for this method.
The research handles the framework values in Al-kafoureyat speech by reading this speech in a cultural way to remove the rhetorical covers under which hides these values with the aim to capture them ,highlight their spots in the text of Al-kafourey at ,explaining the mechanism by which they hide and discussing hypocrisy, greed, beggary, self-centeredness, eliminating others and racism as results of the most outstanding framework in Al-kafoureyat speech and values employed in Al-kafoureyat text in a way that reflects Al-moutanabi's mentality which is based on a hierarchy in which ego occupies the highest position and passes value judgements on others from it's bumptious position and according to ego qualifications .Using the mechanism of cultural criticism, the research works on stripping the hidden framework with the aim of prosecuting it, exposing it's patterns and standards, breaking it's solid molds and refuting it's arguments.
This research carries how to do steel pipelines defects repair process by a simple and easy way. At first the region that surrounds the defect is cleaned then the epoxy material is put over the defect after mixing the resin with the hardener well. Epoxy layer dimensions depend on the defect dimensions that exists in the pipe. After that, the specimen is released for a period of time to obtain the setting process. Several types of epoxy were used for preparing series of specimens, which were tested on the pressure set up to estimate the efficiency of this way in the repair, and knowing the pressure values that epoxy layer can carry. A pipe of three holes their radius are equal, was treated by using ALTECO QUICK EPOXY STEEL and the pressure gauge recorded many values that reached 18 bar. The curve, that represents the relationship between the pressure which the epoxy layer carried and its surface area, was drawn. It is found that the most effect factor in the repair process is the specimen preparing and the thickness of the epoxy layer.
This paper introduces an algorithm to find out value of number for industrial counter from image of pulse plan. that is achieved by image processing of pulse plan for counter, pulse plan has been segmentation, and alternating times and type are det ected. Type of alternating time means that if they are rising edge, that has zero value, or if they are falling edge, that has one value. Number of total edge is calculated for both type rising or falling. Number of value for counter is calculated by dividing number of edges on two. Two type of pulse plans are processed, the first one is pulse plans have empty pulse signals (pulse contains white pixels) and the second one is pulse plans have filled pulse signals (pulse contains nonwhite pixels). Proposal algorithm is developed to process two types. Programming interface is designed using MatLab for proposal algorithm. Three image of pulse plans are applied on this programming interface. It gives perfect results, by rate 100% and value of number for industrial counter is extracted for plans contains empty pulse or filled one. Rate of That is because used neoural neworked has 100% recogition rate, and proposal algorithm can find number of edges by 100% rate.
A survey of 273 students in major universities was conducted in December 2015 to introduce and examine the consumption values based brand equity (CVBE). Data were gathered by questionnaires, subjects were asked to evaluate consumption values of the ir current smart phones, and then brand loyalty and equity of smart phones were measured.Testing the model using structural equation modeling by AMOS program shows that value for the price, functional value, emotional value, social value, epistemic value, and conditional values affect brand loyalty. Furthermore, customer-based brand equity is determined by customer brand loyalty. The research may represent one of the first effort in marketing literature to explain brand equity based on consumption values. The implications for industry and academia are discussed.
The research deals the method of applying the actuarial finance functions, which are necessary for counting the present values for deserved retirement salaries for the employee in the case of death during the service and the deserved salaries for t he wife and sons of the salary owner after the death of the salary owner. so our previous study concluded a set of results abstracted as the following : existence of increase in the values of the function x S - which express about the ratio of expected salaries between complete age x and age (x+1) - by the growth in years of the age and the increase in the years of service of the insured , and existence of decrement in the values of the function x z dcha C -which express about the value of deserved payment for male sons from age x and continue until age 21 which is the maximum age after which spending pension is stopped- by the growth in years of the age and the increase in the years of service of the insured, the fact which emphasize the importance of the social insurance in the life of society and keeping the rights of the workers and the rights of their bread winners when the ensured risk is achieved .
This research deals with values through studying opinions of philosophers who consider that values are absolute ,and compare it with opinions of philosophers who consider that values are relative. Then, the research analyzes and criticizes opinions a nd arguments of the two parts to discover their knowledge ,and ideological deep roots . After that, it seems that philosophers who assert that values are absolute reflect conservative ideology , and want to fix social reality to serve their concerns; while philosophers who assert that values are relative reflect progressive ideology, and want to change social reality . This research also clarifies that philosophers and thinkers of absolute values believe in absolute facts and knowledge; while philosophers and thinkers of relative values believe in relative facts and knowledge.
The consequent dissolution of the state they were in before the contract, if it is impossible that jazz judgment for compensation, has been dealt with in our research that the role of monetary inflation in the impossibility of thus retroactivity to t he dissolution of the contract, we show the impact of inflation on monetary impact under the dissolution of the contract, where we concluded that inflation, according, to a certain percentage, estimated the trial judge, being the cause of the impossibility of retroactivity to the dissolution of the contract, and the judge be assisted by experienced economic in this regard, if it is decided that he may rule for compensation, and latter may be be a response to the real value of the monetary commitment without a numerical value, and this is not a re probably compensation for contractors to pre- contract dissolved but compensation for the impossibility of retroactivity to the dissolution of the contract.
