This study targeted to discover the relationship nature between the
social & psychic environment for the work and its relationship level
according to the search sample persons viewpoint.
The study aimed at identifying the method of joint auditing of the financial
statements and the stages that must be carried out to complete the audit process using the
statistical survey.
To achieve this objective, a field study was carried out th
rough the creation of a
questionnaire distributed to a sample of practicing auditors according to the Association of
Chartered Accountants in Damascus, and then analyzing the results and testing the
hypotheses using SPSS.
And research found the following results: There is the role of the joint audit in
raising the efficiency of the use of a preview qualities in the audit and special evaluation of
test results jointly.
There is a role for joint auditing in raising the efficiency of the use of the
examination of variables in the audit, especially the assessment of relative importance in a
joint manner.
There is a role for joint auditing in raising the efficiency of determining the size of
the sample and the factors affecting it, especially the acceptable risk rate in common.
There is the role of the joint audit in reducing the risk of use of statistical sampling in
audit, special audit is divided between the auditors' joint accounts on the basis of the
applicable auditing or corporate functions business cycles.
this paper highlights the role NGOs played in
developing these treaties and conferences, setting an example on
how to protect the environment and stop its deterioration on both
national and international levels and find solutions to the problems
and limit them.
The importance of the study of the environment under
international humanitarian law to the exposed developing
countries to global marginalization led by the major industrialized
countries redeployment of polluting industries to the environment
in
the south of the developing regions under the slogan of
contributing to the development of developing countries, and in
this context, we must address the requirements of environmental
protection in the international humanitarian law remained and the
efforts being made for it, especially at the time of wars and
armed conflicts
This paper aimed to present the first record of Pterois miles (Bennet, 1828) off the
Syrian coast (Eastern Mediterranean). Two specimens (159; 206 mm SL) were captured in
Syrian waters between Lattakia and Jableh in 28th September 2015 and 10th Dec
ember
2015. This first record of common lionfish Pterois miles in the Syrian coast could confirm
the occurrence of this species in the Levant Basin (eastern Mediterranean). This is the fifth
record of the species reported to date in the region. These records are not sufficient to state
that the species is substantially established in the area, but investigations are rapidly
needed to avoid unfavorable consequences on local environment and economy.
Human activity in exploitation and discover outer space caused
transfer pollution phenomenon to this environment which become
rich in various scientific, commercial, and civilization uses.
International community be aware of necessity protection f
or this
environment from surrounded pollution risks by many international
treaties like Limited Test Ban Treaty of 1963 (Moscow convention),
and risk convention use changes techniques in environment for
military purpose or any other hostile purpose 1976 and international
legal regime regulating environmental aspects of outer space. This
treaties deal with outer space environment protection subject from
pollution and necessity provide required protection for continuance
outer activity. But this convention in spite of approval many legal
regime regulating human activity in outer space . and if guarantee a
kind of environmental protection for outer space but that does not
cancel urgent needed to presence international process, care
basically in environmental aspect related use this endangered
environment in great risk maybe impede space
the process should guarantee effective and adequate protection for
environment to outer space and guarantee uses by perfect way
which preserves environment and excluded pollution ghost .
Each health care organisation has certain characteristics in terms of activities and
work methods, that differentiate areorganisation from the other. These characteristics
represent the work environment that nurses work within. Nursing work environ
ment
received an international attention recentlyspecial emphasis on the importance of
improvinghospitals environment for its influence on organizational and individuals
outcomes such as absence of nurses, job dissatisfaction, nursing turnover , Burnout
,intention to leave the profession workplace, nursing represents an important part of an
essential element in the system of health care, work in the pressing environment can affect
the psychological health and arrival at Burnout .This study aim to study the impact of
nursing work environment on nurse’ burnout in critical care units in government hospital
settings in Lattakia. The study showed that the environment of nursing work environment
is unfavorable, from the point of view of more than half of the nursing staff participating in
the study 2,where the highest scoring of subscale was:/nurse physician communications
skills/ and lowest scoring of subscale was/nurse foundations for quality of care/ ,well as
the study showed the existence of a direct relationship between the work environment
unfavorable and burnout , and the work environment in all its dimensions affect the
burnout, where after /nurse manager's ability, leadership, and support of nurses/ where the
most influential dimensions in the nurse’ burnout, while /nurse-physician communications
skills/ the less influential dimensions in the development of nurse’ burnout, on , study
showed that there is a link between each of the dimensions of the an environment nursing
work and dimensions of the burnout, where that the / nurse foundations for quality of care/
importance of its role more than the impact in raising the rate of emotional exhaustion,
while after /nurse participation in organization affairs/ of the importance of its role more
than the dimensions of the work environment impact in raising the rate of
depersonalization, as it was after the / adequacy of resources and nurses/ more than the
dimensions of the work environment impact in reducing the proportion of personal
achievement.
This paper introducesa new expert system (ES) for faulted section determination in
electrical power system andinterpretingthe performance of the protective system (relays
and circuit breakers). The introducedESrequiresinformation about the power sy
stem
configuration and about the contacts status (open/closed) of the circuit breakers and
protective relays. It can determine the faulted section quickly and accurately for all types
of faults including simultaneous faults. It is general, i.e.it can be usedwith any power
system, due to the separation between the Facts and Rules. The introducedES isdeveloped
and tested by CLIPS environment (C Language Integrated Production System) which uses
forward chaining to derive conclusion.
The performance of the introduced ES is tested for several power systems, IEEE–6 bustest
system, IEEE–9 bustest system andIEEE–14 bustest system, and it shows a distinct
performance for all tested systems. But for space limitation, we present in this paper the
performance results of the introduced ES for the IEEE–9 bustest system only.
The research aims to know the environmental implications
(knowledge and skills) contained in the science curriculum for
fourth grade primary in the Syria for the academic year
2015/2016, adopted researcher descriptive analytical method,
using the topic (idea) as basic unit of analysis.
