The aim of the current research is to explore the relationship between parental treatment styles as perceived by adolescents and self-esteem, as well as to identify the differences between males and females in both parenting and self-esteem between parental treatment styles, and the impact between parental treatment styles and gender interaction on self-esteem.
Aim of the research to identify the relationship between social Anxiety and parental treatment styles on a sample of outstanding students in the province of Damascus, and to know of the differences among a sample search in the social Anxiety and p arental treatment styles according to the number of family members. The sample of the research Consisted (452) students from outstanding was selected purposely from two schools (Al Bassel secondary for outstanding in Mezze, and Al Bassel secondary for outstanding in the kanoat), and Has been prepared social Anxiety Scale and parental treatment styles Scale by the researcher after were applied to the sample members After verification of their validity and reliability.

The research aims to : Definition of the forms of parental treatment most commonly from the viewpoint of students and its relationship with some personal variables, and know significance of differences between the forms of parental treatment from the viewpoint of outstanding students depending on the variables (sex - the educational level of the parents - the income level of the family - and the social status of the family arranged between members of the family) . The study relied on the curriculum (descriptive) due to its suitability to the nature of the current study and its objectives, the researcher used the questionnaire method as an essential tool for data collection, and the basis for the opinions and trends of the research sample where included (3) axes related forms of parental treatment and its impact on the performance of students as follows (democratic method Anarchist method authoritarian method). And applied research tool on a sample intended outstanding students (male and female) of secondary education, third grade secondary totaling (105) students (male and female)whose excelling academically rate (100%) of the original community (27) of them male rate (25.7%) of original society, and (78) of the female rate (74.3%) of the original society, where it was the selection of a sample of unintended outstanding students excelling in school being the only one in the city of Damascus .
This study aims to examine the Family economical factor on the dimensions of Parent-child relationship through Parental support, Satisfaction with parenting, Involvement, Limit setting, Communication and Autonomy, and The Mather job outside. The s earch sample is based on fathers and mathers between 18- 45 years in Tartous. The test of Parent-child relationship proven to be valid and reliabl, and The most important results of it are: - There are differences with statistical signs between the families whose their income is larger than their spending and the families whose their income equal to spending concerning Parental support, Limit setting and Autonomy, while there aren,t differences with statistical signs concerning Satisfaction with parenting, Involvement, Communication and mother,s jobs outside. - There are differences with statistical signs between families whose income equal to spending and families whose income less than spending concerning the dimensions of parent-child relationship only in Limit setting.
This research aims to determine : 1-The Styles of Parental Dealing as the normal and abnormal adolescents remember it. 2-The difference between the normal and abnormal adolescents in the styles of parental dealing. 3-The difference between mothers and fathers in the styles of parental dealing as the adolescents remember it.
على الصعيد الدولي تلقى الرضاعة الوالدية دعماً و تشجيعاً كبيراً، و خاصة فـي دول العـالم النامي، حيث يترافق الفطام الباكر و أخطاء التغذية بارتفاع ملحوظ فـي نـسبة الإمراضـية و الوفيات عند الرضع بالنظر لانعكاساتها على صحة الرضيع. محلياً كان لا بد مـن إ جـراء دراسة مستقبلية (1/1/2001 و حتى 31/5/2002) لمعرفة نسبة الرضاعة الوالدية و مدتها بعد تخرج الأمهات قسم التوليد مشفى الأسد الجامعي من المشفى. تم ملء الاستبانة مـن قبـل /257/ امرأة و أمكن تحليل /226/ منها. كانت نسبة الرضاعة الوالدية 82.89 % و الفترة الوسطية لها (8) أشهر. و بالمقابل كانت نسبة إخفاق الرضاعة الوالدية (18.10) % فقط. إحصائياً لم يؤدِ مستوى التعليم و/أو العمل دوراً في خيار الرضاعة في حين كان للتـشجيع دور واضحاً لصالح الرضاعة الوالدية. لم يكن لطريقة الولادة (55.49 % قيصرية و هو رقم مرتفع نسبياً) أي دور سلبي على خيار الرضاعة الوالدية، و لم يؤدِ جنس المولود أي دور في هذا الخيار. يبقى للأطر الصحية دور في تشجيع الرضاعة الوالدية و استمراريتها مع الأخـذ بالحـسبان خيارات الأهل و رغبتهم في ذلك.
