Grape Vitis Vinifera L. var. "Baladi" was fumigated with acetic acid at two
concentrations 75 and 100 %, during two successive seasons 2008/2009, to study
their effect comparing of sulfur dioxide pads and control. However, Sulfur
dioxide pads were
packed in 40 μm polyethylene bags thickness at two
concentrations 1 and 1.5 g/ kg fruit. All treatments were stored at 0 ± 1 Cº and
90-95% RH for three months, in cooling units of pome and vine research
department in Swaida. Chemical and physical properties were assessed every
15 days intervals, and in every time shelf life was measured for three days at
room temperature and calculated as total loss %. Acetic acid treatment effected
as well as or better than sulfur dioxide pads during cold storage. Which, acetic
acid fumigation decreased weight loss %, decay % and berry shatter %,
moreover, berry adherence strength (g) and berry firmness (kg/cm2) were
increased, but T.S.S %, total acidity % and sugars % have not significant
differences comparing to sulfur dioxide fumigation and control. In addition to
that, the application of acetic acid increased shelf life in days by decreasing
total loss %; also this treatment improved some sensory properties and was
satisfied for consumer demand.
Apple Fruits (Malus domestica Bork. cv. 'Golden Delicious') were
harvested at three successive dates with intervals of one week between each
date. The fruits were packaged with polyethylene films and then stored at 0±1
oC to study the effect of th
ese factors on the quality of the fruits and their role
to reduce weight loss after harvest. The natural loss of the fruit weight and
quality indices: fruit firmness, total soluble solids, titrable acidity and starch
content were studied.
Green tomato fruits of different studied hybrids such as, Amal, Steel,
Tartila, and 2-75/96, which had been grown in a greenhouse at Abi- Jarash
Farm were picked up and stored at temperatures of 12 c and 20 c for 29 days.
The fruits, which were st
ored at 12 c had been transferred to 9 cْ, and then
stored for an additional period of two weeks. The chemical composition of the
stored fruits was evaluated, which included: acidity percentage, total soluble
solids, and the quantity of vitamine C. The ratio of fruit weight loss during
storage was studied as well.
This research gives special attention to the term critical and is considered as a
relationship of interaction. Change and creation. It is an intellectual. Cultural. Social
and concept that has a close relationship with Arab culture as its original
inspiration.
The research will select a specific term which is creative. It will examine the

narrow framework. Ie. Its lexical significance to be studied considering the
relationship between diverse knowledge in its formation. The research will
monitor the concept in the context of the most important monetary issues that
intersected with it. Creativity is a phase of transition between two technical

determine the cultural value of the term between being too and a way that is both
together.
This study aims through dealing with Al- Jahez's rhetorical style, to assure the
originality of many principals of the style science in our rhetorical and critical heritage, so
this research starts the study from a hypothesis that is the style is c
onsidered equal and not
a substitute or an inheritor of the ancient Arab rhetorical.
It was necessary for the sake of the research to divide the study into two sections: the
first one discuss the bases which must be offered in the literary styles to reach the rhetoric
feature, and these bases are: The rightness grammatical, the commitment of the aesthetic
criterions which are customary for the Arabs. the second section is represented by studying
the ways which through them there is a presentation of the meanings in a rhetorical styles.
The research ends to that the artistic picture with all its different arts is considered
the best way to present the literary styles, because it marks the text by the artistic beauty
which affects the audience sense and their aesthetic faculties, and that is what leads to
succeed the aimed linguistic communication.
