Medication errors are the most common medical errors, which may cause complications in patients, nursing staff are the first one who deal with these errors, so the current descriptive study aim to identify the factors leading to the Medication errors at Tishreen University Hospital from the Point of view of 48 nurses working at internal department by using suitable tool for the study object. The study found that the most important factors that lead to medication errors are the inability to read instructions because of the poor doctor's line, Inability to interpret physician order correctly, the Heavy workload and fatigue, tension and Lack of sleep, and interruption and Distract during Work by someone else, inconvenience during work. The aim of the research was to evaluate the role of the head nurses in documenting, evaluating and reviewing the performance of nursing staff at Tishreen University Hospital from the point of view of nursing staff. Random sample was used , it consi sted of 50% of the nursing staff at Tishreen University Hospital during the application of the research there number (300 ) nurses. A developed tool for collecting information was used based on recent research literature, and data were collected and analyzed using SPSS version (20). The most important results were that the evaluation of the role of the head nurses was at moderate level in documenting and evaluating the performance of the nursing staff, while the evaluation of the research sample for the role of the head nurses in reviewing their performance was at a good level.
The purpose of the study was to assess the role of the head nurses in managing the performance of the nursing staff at Tishreen University Hospital from the point of view of the nursing staff and the head nurses. The sample that have been used was av ailable of the head nurses and the simple randomness of the nursing staff and was composed of 55.5% of head nurses and their number was (30) head nurses And 50% of the nursing staff participating in the Tishreen University Hospital during the application of the research and their number was (300) nurse. Objective: The objectives of this study were to assessment of knowledge and skill of oncology nurses in chemotherapy administration.
The Application of Academic Accreditation Standards is very important in the context of higher education, for its role in achieving quality and outstanding to reach the international levels through setting general standards to evaluate university e ducation efficiency. Therefore, the research aimed to identify the difficulties that hinder the application of academic accreditation standards ( adopted by Arab Universities Union Board, which consist of several axels: visionmission and goals of the institution, leadership and managerial organization, resource, students affairs, students services, community services, teaching staff, academic programs, teaching methods and learning resources, study books, scientific research, evaluation and university morals ) at higher education from the teaching staff members' view point at Tishreen University.

Among the most important results is that the degree of practicing management by values ​​in the Faculty of Physical Education from the viewpoint of faculty members is located at the intermediate level. The statistical data was processed by using the statistical program (SPSS).
