تعتبر الأخطاء الدوائية من أشيع الأخطاء الطبية, التي قد تتسبب في حدوث المضاعفات عند المرضى, و أول من يتعامل مع تلك الأخطاء هم الكادر التمريضي, لذلك تهدف الدراسة الوصفية الحالية إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤدية لحدوث الأخطاء الدوائية في مشفى تشرين الجامعي من وجهة نظر 48 ممرضة يعملن في قسم الداخلية و ذلك باستخدام أداة مناسبة لهدف الدراسة, و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى الأخطاء الدوائية هي عدم القدرة على قراءة التعليمات بسبب سوء خط الطبيب, و عدم تفسير تعليمات الطبيب بشكل صحيح, و كثرة ضغط العمل و التعب, و التوتر و قلة النوم, و المقاطعة و التشتيت أثناء العمل من قبل شخص آخر, و الإزعاج خلال العمل. و قد أوصت الدراسة بعمل دورات تثقيفية للكادر التمريضي في المشفى حول موضوع العوامل المسببة للأخطاء الدوائية و سبل الوقاية من تأثراتها, و اطلاع الأطباء و الممرضين العاملين و المسؤولين في المشفى بنتائج هذه الدراسة, و وضع هذه النتائج ضمن اعتبار مصممي السياسات للمشفى بغية وضع القواعد و الاستراتيجيات التي تتجاوز تأثير هذه العوامل لضمن سلامة المريض, و إجراء دراسات مماثلة في عدة مشافي للتأكد من نتائج الدراسة.
Medication errors are the most common medical errors, which may cause complications in patients, nursing staff are the first one who deal with these errors, so the current descriptive study aim to identify the factors leading to the Medication errors at Tishreen University Hospital from the Point of view of 48 nurses working at internal department by using suitable tool for the study object. The study found that the most important factors that lead to medication errors are the inability to read instructions because of the poor doctor's line, Inability to interpret physician order correctly, the Heavy workload and fatigue, tension and Lack of sleep, and interruption and Distract during Work by someone else, inconvenience during work. The study recommended to establishment of educational courses for the nursing staff in the hospital on the subject of the factors causing the Medication errors and ways to prevent their effects, to inform the doctors and nurses working at hospital about the results of this study, put these results in the consideration of policy makers of the hospital to develop rules and strategies that exceed the impact of these factors to include Patient safety, and similar studies in several hospitals to ascertain the results of the study.

The aim of the research was to evaluate the role of the head nurses in documenting,
evaluating and reviewing the performance of nursing staff at Tishreen University Hospital
from the point of view of nursing staff. Random sample was used , it consi
sted of 50% of
the nursing staff at Tishreen University Hospital during the application of the research
there number (300 ) nurses. A developed tool for collecting information was used based on
recent research literature, and data were collected and analyzed using SPSS version (20).
The most important results were that the evaluation of the role of the head nurses was at
moderate level in documenting and evaluating the performance of the nursing staff, while
the evaluation of the research sample for the role of the head nurses in reviewing their
performance was at a good level.
The purpose of the study was to assess the role of the head nurses in managing the performance of the nursing staff at Tishreen University Hospital from the point of view of the nursing staff and the head nurses. The sample that have been used was av
ailable of the head nurses and the simple randomness of the nursing staff and was composed of 55.5% of head nurses and their number was (30) head nurses And 50% of the nursing staff participating in the Tishreen University Hospital during the application of the research and their number was (300) nurse. An improved tool for gathering information was used based on recent research literatures, and data were collected and analyzed using SPSS version 20. The most important results: The assessment of the role of head nurses in managing staff performance at Tishreen University Hospital in general was in a good level.
Chemotherapy drugs cannot tell the difference between of normal cells and cancer
cells. This means normal cells are damaged and this results in side effects, This damage
does not stop in the patient who receiving treatment but also extends to all e
mployees in
the health care sitting. Nurses are the main groups that are exposed to these drugs in
hospital setting Generally, the occupational activities that pose to greatest risk of exposure
are the preparation ,Transporting cytotoxic drugs, administration of antineoplastic agents,
cleaning of chemotherapy spills, and handling of waste. Nurses require specialized
knowledge and skills in order to ensure safety for both patients life and for their own safety
of the jobs. Because of available a lot of chemotherapy guidelines we Must assess
knowledge and skills nursing staff and assess the extent of their commitment to these
guidelines.
Objective: The objectives of this study were to assessment of knowledge and skill
of oncology nurses in chemotherapy administration.

higher education, for its role in achieving quality and outstanding to reach the international levels

research aimed to identify the difficulties that hinder the application of academic accreditation
standards ( adopted by Arab Universities Union Board, which consist of several axels: visionmission

etween the mean scores of the evaluations of the members of the teaching staff in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University to practice for management by values at level(α ≤ 0.05), which are attributed to the study variables (gender, academic grade). For achieving the study aims, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method, Where the study population consists of faculty members in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University and their number (24) member, while the sample of the study amounted to (20) members. Among the most important results is that the degree of practicing management by values in the Faculty of Physical Education from the viewpoint of faculty members is located at the intermediate level.
