في ظل الأحداث الموجودة تؤدي المؤسسات الاجتماعية دور كبير في الوقاية من الانحرافات الفكرية و السلوكية لدى عدد كبير من الشباب الجامعي. و تشير الوقائع إلى أن الصراع بين الدول بدأ يأخذ طابعا فكريا حيث اتجه كل طرف إلى غزو الأفكار و تحريفها عن طريق وسائل عديدة: ثقافية كانت أم إعلامية بهدف طعن مبادئ و أخلاقيات الطرف الآخر و إضعاف قدراته، و تشتيت جهوده, و إثارة الفتن و الشبهات و التشكيك في مبادئه و قيمه الثابتة التي يؤمن بها، و إحلال مفاهيم و قيم و أفكار بديلة ذات منطلقات منحرفة تؤدي بشكل أو بآخر إلى الانهيار الفكري و الاجتماعي للمجتمع. يتناول البحث الحالي أثر الانحراف الفكري على الأمن الاجتماعي للمجتمع، و لتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تصميم استبانة، و تطبيقها على عينة من الطلاب المداومين من قسم علم الاجتماع السنة الرابعة في جامعة تشرين بلغت /61/ طالبا و طالبة للعام الدراسي 2016-2017م، و انتهى البحث إلى النتائج التالية: - كشفت الدراسة عن مدى ارتفاع وعي أفراد العينة لدور المؤسسات الاجتماعية في الوقاية من الانحراف الفكري. - أظهرت الدراسة أن مظاهر الانحراف الفكري المختلفة تؤدي إلى زعزعة الأمن الاجتماعي للمجتمع.
In light of the existing events, social institutions lead to a major role in preventing the intellectual and behavioral deviations of a large number of university youth. The facts indicate that the conflict between countries began to take on an intellectual character, with each party invading ideas and distorting them through various means: cultural or informational in order to challenge the principles and ethics of the other party and weaken its capabilities, dispersing its efforts and provoking strife and suspicions and questioning its principles, values and the replacement of alternative concepts, values and ideas with perverse principles that lead in one way or another to the intellectual and social collapse of society. The present study deals with the impact of intellectual deviation on the social security of the society. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed and administered to a sample of students of the Department of Sociology, the fourth year Sociology Students in Tishreen University, reaching 61 students. The Search yielded the following results: - The study revealed the extent of the awareness of the sample members of the role of social institutions in the prevention of intellectual deviation. - The study showed that the various manifestations of intellectual deviation lead to destabilizing the social security of society.

This study aimed at recognizing the role of Intellectual Capital in the process of administration reform at Syrian Governmental Universities-Tishreen University- as If Tishreen University was able to having a human capital with experience, knowledge
and skills at Tishreen University will benefit both the university and the society. The researcher relied on a survey methodology; He conducted a Field study by distributing a questionnaire on a research sample represented by teaching staff and administrative staff in Central administration to have their opinions. The most important results in this study are the university to have a human capital which is able to make the reform process, but this capital is not well-performed due to lack of training programmes, low financial support needed for conducting scientific researches and to participate in abroad publication. The current administrative procedures do not help to make this reform properly. The most important recommendation in this research is to reform the scientific research to create a new trend of knowledge.
The present research was designed to investigate the factor structure of Shkeer's
psychological security scale (2005), by using the exploratory factor analysis.
the psychological security scale of shkeer consists of four dimensions: (individual
bu
ilding and future vision (14 items), general and practice life (18 items), temperament (10
items), social relationships and social interaction (12 items).
The researcher used the descriptive method, and the research sample was chosen
randomly, while the data were collected from (415) students of Tishreen University.
The research revealed that the psychological security consists of six factors, which
had explained (52.91%) of total variance of items:
The first factor: future vision and includes 14 items.
The second factor: social relationships and includes 7 items.
The third factor: temperament and includes 7 items.
The fourth factor: practice life and includes 5 items.
The fifth factor: general life and includes 5 items.
The sixth factor: social interaction and includes 4 items.
The researcher suggests that more studies should be done to investigate the factor
structure of the psychological security scale on different Syrian samples.and proposes to
study the relationship between psychological security and some variables.
The current research aimed to recognize the level of psychological security among a
sample of Tishreen university students.
In order to achieve the objective of this research, Shkeer's psychological security scale
was applied, which its factor str
ucture was investigate by the researcher in a previous
study. The scale was used for data collection, and in year 2017-2018, a sample of (233)
students participated in the research.
The results showed that the level of students’ psychological security is medium, and there
is no difference between males and females, but there are differences according to the
specialty, especially in “practice life”, where that the students of practice specialty showed
higher feeling of psychological security than the students of theoretic specialty.
This research aimed at determining the role of intellectual capital in developing the competitive Tishreen University Abilities in both education and scientific research. The researcher relied on the methodological approach as a general approach to r
esearch, followed the methodology of the survey, and a set of methods, including relying on secondary and primary data through a questionnaire that was organized by the researcher's knowledge of published literature. He distributed the questionnaire to 331 members of the faculty of Tishreen University, 263 of which were recovered, and 13 were not valid for analysis in the research community comprised of staff in Tishreen University faculty, of the 2376 respondents according to statistics of the Directorate of Statistics and Planning, and then used the appropriate statistical tests, such as simple regression, and rely on a programme SPSS is applying to be a tool for analysis of Data available. The main conclusion was a moral role, an Acceptable correlation between intellectual capital and competitive ability. Some suggestions and recommendations were presented to improve the relationship, which is the most important: the need to work for improvement of the level of education and scientific research in order to achieve the university's competitive ability.
