The present research sought to find out the attitudes of a sample of teachers of public secondary schools towards early retirement, and to what extent these attitudes differ according to the research variables. The number of the study sample consist ed of teachers. (399) The researcher used a measure of the attitude towards early retirement which was tested for its valuably and veniality The most important search results: The order of the reasons why the teacher tend to early retirement was as follows: health, materialistic, psychological, social, functional. There are significant differences in the attitudes of respondents towards early retirement due to the variable of sex, as it shows that females are more inclined towards early retirement. There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of respondents towards early retirement due to the variable of academic qualification.
The aim of the research is to identify the attitudes of secondary school teachers towards the use of the inverted learning strategy in teaching science, and to study differences in their attitudes according to gender variables, years of teaching ex perience, scientific qualification and computer literacy. The research was based on a descriptive method. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of (200) teachers and schools, (187) of which were fully valid and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (93.5%). The research found a number of results, the most important of which is that the attitudes of secondary school teachers towards the use of the inverted learning strategy in teaching science is positive and relatively important (79.9%). Where they have a desire to use this strategy because of their positive implications for the educational process from their point of view, where teachers emphasize that inverted learning contributes to increasing learning time by transforming the process of home learning and solving homework in the classroom, and provides a stimulating learning environment Share learners in the responsibility of learning. The results showed no statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers in secondary education in Lattakia in their attitudes towards the use of the inverted learning strategy according to the gender variable, while there were statistically significant differences according to the variables of the academic qualification and the years of teaching experience and computer knowledge.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف اتجاهات المعلمين و الطلبة نحو استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني في العلوم. و تكونت عينة المعلمين من (28) معلماً و معلمة ممن درسوا مادة الفيزياء المحوسبة للصف الأول الثانوي العلمي، و (118) طالباً موزعين على خمس مجموعات في ثلاث مدا رس ثانوية للذكور في محافظة الكرك، منها أربع مجموعات تجريبية تعلمت من خلال (الإنترنت، القرص المدمج، الإنترنت مع القرص المدمج، المعلم مع جهاز عرض البيانات) و مجموعة ضابطة تعلمت بوساطة (الطريقة الاعتيادية).
The aim of this study is to measure and analyze Jordanian attitudes towards the performance of mass media with respect to economic, political, social, and security factors, and, to examine correlations between the attitudes of the national sample and demographic variables. The descriptive analytical approach and a number of statistical tools, such as, frequencies, means, t-test, and ANOVA are used. Regarding the sample, it includes two categories: the national sample which is composed of an aggregate, stratified random one, and the decision-making and opinion leaders sample.
