نظرا لما للإعداد المهني لأخصائي المكتبات و المعلومات من أهمية في تقدم المهنة و تطورها عمد الباحث إلى إجراء هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على واقع تعليم المكتبات و المعلومات في جامعة دمشق التي بها دراسة على مستوى الدرجة الجامعية الأولى و على مستوى الدراسات العليا لدرجات الدبلوم و الماجستير و الدكتوراه، من حيث التعرف إلى نشأة و تطور تعليم المكتبات و المعلومات، و التعرف إلى نظام الدراسة و الفترة الزمنية التي تستغرقها الشهادات الممنوحة، و التعرف إلى المقررات الدراسية و تحليلها، و التعرف إلى هيئة التدريس و التسهيلات و التجهيزات المتاحة، و أيضا تحديد المقترحات التي يمكن الأخذ بها لتطوير تعليم المكتبات و المعلومات. و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة المشار إليها عمد الباحث إلى استخدام منهج دراسة الحالة بوصفه أنسب منهج يمكن تطبيقه في هذه الحالة، و تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانه وزعت على طلبة الدراسات العليا. و قد أسفرت الدراسة عن اعتماد النماذج لبناء و تحليل و تقييم المقررات الدراسية، و معرفة أهم نقاط القوة و الضعف في تعليم المكتبات و المعلومات في جامعة دمشق، و كذلك مدى رضا طلبة الدراسات العليا عن التخصص.
According to the importance of professional preparation of libraries and information, specialists in the field of improve the profession. The researcher conducted this study to recognize the reality of libraries and information education in Damascus University, which involves first-level university degree and high-level university degree (diploma- master-doctorate). The study contains the emergence and evolution of libraries and information education, recognizes study system and time period required to get the certificates, recognizes courses and analyze them, recognizes teachers and facilities and gives suggestions to develop libraries and information education. To achieve goals of study, the researcher used case study method as the best method in this situation. Data have been collected by a survey distributed to higher education students. Results came to adopt models to build, analyze, and evaluate courses and also to recognize the most important points of strength and weakness in libraries and information education in Damascus University. In addition of satisfaction degree of higher education students about the whole specialization.

اء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين للتعليم الالكتروني، تحديد مدى توفر البرمجيات اللازمة للتعليم الالكتروني ودرجة استخدامها من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين، وبيان واقع البنية التحتية الالكترونية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم دراسة وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها الآتي: انخفاض في قدرة الطلاب على التعامل مع التعلم الإلكتروني، وانخفاض في قدرة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني، وانخفاض في سوية جودة البنية التحتية والبرمجيات الالكترونية اللازمة للتعليم الالكتروني، وانخفاض في الجودة الإدارية للتعليم الالكتروني في جامعة تشرين من وجهة نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا.
The current research aims to identify the nature of the
relationship between theCharisma to University Professor and its
relationship to effective teaching from the point of view a sampleof
open education students at the University of Damascus. According
variable specialization school (Kindergarten, accounting).
The present study aims to find out the reality of postgraduate students' use of printed
learning resources and its role in serving the scientific research. The sample of the study is
all postgraduate students enrolled in Tishreen University college
s. The researcher has
relied on the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a research tool in order to
find out the reality of postgraduate students' use of printed learning resources and its role in
serving the scientific research. The study has found that the most important printed sources
used by the postgraduate students at Tishreen University are printed books, followed by
periodicals.
Moreover, there were statistically significant differences at (0.05) among the answers
of the research sample members, Tishreen postgraduate students, concerning the services
provided by the libraries of the scientific research, especially the printed sources, and
regarding the difficulties of using the libraries in the scientific research, especially the
printed sources, according to the variable of College Type. However, there were no
statistically significant differences among the answers of the research sample members
regarding the previous two topics according to the variable of the Academic Year.
This research aims at identifying the obstacles facing graduate students when they
use the Internet for the purposes of scientific research by answering the following
questions:
1 - What are the obstacles faced by graduate students while using the
Internet for
research purposes?
2 - Is there a difference between the answers of graduate students as
regardschallenging the obstacles they face when using the Internet for the purposes of
scientific research?
The research employs descriptive analytical method by using questionnaires
composed of (30) distributed over three areas, the research found the following results:
1 - Most resolution phrases constituted obstacles to graduate students when using the
Internet for the purposes of scientific research substantially and medium.
2 - There are no statistically significant differences between the mean of graduate
students’ answers at the University of Damascus concerning their challenge for degrees of
constraints of Internet use in scientific research; there are significant differences between
the mean of students’ answers concerning their challenge for degrees of constraints of
Internet use in scientific research due to the academic variable level in favor of Ph.D.
students.
