Recent work in natural language processing (NLP) has focused on ethical challenges such as understanding and mitigating bias in data and algorithms; identifying objectionable content like hate speech, stereotypes and offensive language; and building frameworks for better system design and data handling practices. However, there has been little discussion about the ethical foundations that underlie these efforts. In this work, we study one ethical theory, namely deontological ethics, from the perspective of NLP. In particular, we focus on the generalization principle and the respect for autonomy through informed consent. We provide four case studies to demonstrate how these principles can be used with NLP systems. We also recommend directions to avoid the ethical issues in these systems.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير سياسة المكافأة المالية في دافعية موظفي الخدمة المدنية من خلال دراسة ميدانية على موظفي وزارة المالية مديرين و مرؤوسين في دولة الكويت. توصلت الدراسة و المبنية على أربع فرضيات هي أثر المكافأة المالية في دافعية موظ في الخدمة المدنية ، عدالة المكافأة المالية الحالية، سلطة المكافأة المالية، و أخيرًا وضع المكافأة المالية الحالي و تباينت آراء عينة البحث (المديرين و المرؤوسين) في بعض فرضيات الدراسة. و في ضوء تلك النتائج تم التوصل إلى بعض التوصيات بخصوص سياسة المكافأة المالية في الأجهزة الحكومية.
The main purpose of this research was to identify the impact of customers' perception of corporate social responsibility on behavioral intentions, and evaluate these intentions by measuring corporate image and consumer satisfaction. This includes ide ntifying the impact of customers' perception of economic, social and environmental dimension of this responsibility on the satisfaction and corporate image, and then study their impact on behavioral intentions .
This study aims to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction among administrative staff at the Al Jaber Leasing services company, It also aims to categorize the level of this satisfaction and to know if there is a statistically significant diff erence in satisfaction degree due to personal variables (Age, section, nationality , educational degree , monthly income, marital status, years of service in the company) on each of the flowing job satisfaction factors (payment, promotions, supervision, Benefits , Procedures, relationship with colleagues , work itself ,communications within the company).
This study aimed at exploring the effect of the empowerment in job satisfaction among workers at Syrian banks .To achieve the objectives of study a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study sample, a total of 120 questionnaires wer e distributed of which 90 questionnaires were returned and were ready for analysis Data were analyzed using a number of statistical techniques including: the mean, standard deviationand Stepwise Multiple Regression, ..etc. it was found that the independent variables of empowerment (effective communication, motivation, training, and team work) affect the dependent variable (job satisfaction).While the delegation of authority does not have a statistically significant effect.
