This study aims to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction among administrative staff at the Al Jaber Leasing services company, It also aims to categorize the level of this satisfaction and to know if there is a statistically significant difference in satisfaction degree due to personal variables (Age, section, nationality , educational degree , monthly income, marital status, years of service in the company) on each of the flowing job satisfaction factors (payment, promotions, supervision, Benefits , Procedures, relationship with colleagues , work itself ,communications within the company).

The aim of this study is to learn the level of job satisfaction
of social instructor according to the variables of gender,
work place, and expertise.
The study sample consisted of 70 social instructor in Homs
20 male and 50 female.
The researcher designed a questionnaire to measure the level
of job satisfaction (2016).
This research aimed to detect the relationship between the
pressures of self - satisfied with their relationship to social,
vocational, and the extent of this phenomenon, and through several
variables (gender, grade, marital status).
