It adopts an experimental method. The sample consisted of (68) pupils from the first grade of basic schools in Jableh City, randomly selected during the first semester (2012/2013). To collect the data we used achievement test to measure the effectiveness of educational games in the development of some scientific concepts by students of the experimental group. Results revealed that there were differences between the averages of the experimental group and the control group averages. Students of the experimental group were more successful than control group. There were no differences between male and female experimental group. Results also demonstrated higher average grades by students in the experimental group in the past-test compared to their averages in pre-test. The research recommends use of educational games on different materials and for different grades. Textbooks should also be provided with educational toys in different subjects.ries from the schools' librarian point of view in Lattakia city according to variable experience.

This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the strategy concept maps in the collection of the second grader. To achieve the objective, the research designs research tools which included maps of science concepts and test grades. The sample inc luded (84) pupils who were divided into three groups, two of which test experimentally (I learned the concept maps and paper and there were 26 pupils, and second I learned concept maps and electronic numbering (30), and a third officer were 28 pupils, and use curriculum almost demo. The search results include: differences between the three groups for the second experimental group I learned by using concept maps and there are differences between the experimental group and the control group's first paper for students first pilot paperwork group. As differences attributed to the variable method for teaching students in the experimental group that learned science using concept maps. It concludes with proposals: routing based on textbooks need to provide these books with maps illustrating concepts of relations between concepts in different subjects, and holding seminars and training courses for in-service teachers to familiarize them with the strategy maps and training concepts to integrate modern technology in building maps and encourage them to use in all educational materials.
The research aims to study the effectiveness of an educational program based on the entertaining mathematics activities and its effect on improving mathematics achievement in sample of 60 pupils, divided into two groups: experimental and control gr oups. The researcher applied an educational program based on entertaining activities the experimental group, while the experimental group learned through the usual method. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of a computer program designed by PowerPoint to teach second grade's students science. It also aims to promote the principle of the integration of technology in education , in addition to showin g how to use computer software in teaching science. The sample of the research consisted of (100) students from the second grade , and it was divided into two groups : an experimental group consisted of (50) students who will be taught by using the computer program, and a control group consisted of (50) students who will be taught by the usual methods. The research tools were a pre-post test and a computer program designed by PowerPoint that deals with several issues of second grade's science. And the results were as follows : 1- The effectiveness of the computer program in teaching science, where the results of the experimental group -that were taught by using the computer program- were higher than the results of the control group -that were taught by the usual ways. 2- There is no effect of the students' genus in their results after learning with the computer program . 3- The results of the rural students were higher than the city students ones , after using the computer program in teaching.
The current research aims at investigation The effectiveness of the model of " thelen" in achievement development at the fourthgrade students of primary school in social studies. The sample of the research consists of two groups of students (contr ol and experimental) was (76) students, the number of students in the control group (38) students, and the number of students in the experimental group (38) students. To fulfill the aim of the research, the researcher prepared tool( Achievement test) to measure the academic achievement of scientific knowledge among the students of the fourth grade of primary education, After analyzing the data ,the Research concluded the following results: There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of control and experimental groups students on academic achievement test in favor of the experimental group. Accordingly, the researcher set a number of recommendations benefit increased attention to the model of " thelen" in the teaching process through the training of teachers and urged them to use it, through providing them with assistance and support needed for that.

Search and ended the following results: -The existence of differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group average grades at a level of significance (0.05) after the application of the educational program, to test academic achievement in the dimensional measurement, and these differences in favor of the experimental group. -The lack of differences between the average scores of the experimental group males and females average score of the experimental group at the level of significance (0.05) after the application of a tutorial on test academic achievement in the dimensional measurement.
