As the Internet grows in size, so does the amount of text based information that exists. For many application spaces it is paramount to isolate and identify texts that relate to a particular topic. While one-class classification would be ideal for su
ch analysis, there is a relative lack of research regarding efficient approaches with high predictive power. By noting that the range of documents we wish to identify can be represented as positive linear combinations of the Vector Space Model representing our text, we propose Conical classification, an approach that allows us to identify if a document is of a particular topic in a computationally efficient manner. We also propose Normal Exclusion, a modified version of Bi-Normal Separation that makes it more suitable within the one-class classification context. We show in our analysis that our approach not only has higher predictive power on our datasets, but is also faster to compute.

especially the truth and the subject. In this context, Badiou’s philosophy is particularly
affluent, because it returned back to the very beginning of the philosophy, and launched a
discussion with the most eminent philosophical moments in the history of philosophy. In
this article, we represent the outlines of this philosopher’s doctrine, it’s the first
representation of its kind in Arabic, and we discuss the most important topics he put up,
especially the political ones.
The current research is aimed at scaling Psychasthenia scale of
Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory 2 , access to a new
form and brief to the test, it,s liberal from the sample and items
properties, using one and pair parameter models, and
testing the
effect of two variables in the results of scaling Psychasthenia scale
(the model used, the sample size) with using criteria of accuracy as

Because of the importance of water hummer and it’s big impact in
pumping pipes, an analytical study of water hummer resulting from
the pumping station abruptly stopped working (due to a power
outage on water pipe line that conveys water from groun
d open tank
to three overhead open tanks was conducted, and without means of
protection from water hummer .

the basis of the construction industry requires the use of developed technology and administrative
systems compatible and in harmony with the architectural and constructional and technical building
so that they can get the product within modern sophisticated standards.
The research aim is to evaluate the Syrian experience in building construction, and compare
it with the concepts and characteristics of the industrialized building system (IBS) and determine
the position of the Syrian experience regarding these concepts, as well as evaluating the factors
affecting the industry.
Through the evaluation , we have calculated the degree of IBS for various patterns of the
executive solutions used for buildings in Syria , cast in-situ with reinforcement walls has got 13.1%.
The aim of this research is to study the main factors which are driving the Syrian consumer to visit a mall. To achieve the study goals, a questionnaire has been developed and distributed to 120 customers in five malls in Aleppo city. The results sho
ws that there are a significant and positive relationship between prices, integrated services, variety of goods, promotion, and the availability of entertainment tools. This research has provided some recommendations that able the mall store managers to understand consumer behavior to attract them to shop at malls.
This study attempts to investigate the tale of (Tawaddod, the
Maid), one of the tales of Thousand and One Nights. It is an educational
tale that is different in style from the tales of the entire collection, such an
educational ballad and a variety of knowledge embedded in a book of
poetry of a good quality. The study is twofold: the historic part that
highlights the tales of Thousand and One Nights, as of the name, history
and origin, the views of Arab historians and orientalists, and the impact
of the Persian, Greek and Arabic on these tales. The second one is the
applied part that introduces Tawaddod, the maid, as a model. The
researcher presents a summary of the tale, its history, objectives, narrative
structure, language, and technical means used in it.
