يدرس هذا البحث حكم تولي المرأة المناصب العليا في الدولة. و يلقي البحث الضوء
على مذاهب الفقهاء في هذا الموضوع. و يتناول أدلة أصحاب هذه المذاهب من الآيات
القرآنية و الأحاديث النبوية. و يناقش أدلة كل مذهب على حدة، و يبين المذهب الراجح الأقرب للصواب.
This study tries to examine human group in general and in developing countries in
particular. This is not only to trace its progress but also to find an answer to the question
that became very crucial nowadays which is: On which base could a group
of individuals
be gathered or connected? What would the best form of human union? This question
became significant considering the clashes troubles and wars the whole world have
witnessed and still witness.In order to answer the question we have to pass on and define a
number of conceptions that were very problematic in the history of modern Arab thinking
and in the contemporary one as well. Such as: Nation, State, nation-state, connectedness,
civil society and other conceptions that were ultimately unobvious and misused. this study
tries to develop a new concept which is related to the historical progress theory. It criticizes
the claim of the end of the history but it shows the other side of historical progress that
goes on the opposite direction of the natural progress. This new movement of the history is
a movement towards the past instead of moving towards future. This is the dangerous
dimension of this orientation because it expresses the great Reaction in the social and
political life. This problems is what this study tries to focus on.
Being and Event is the title of the most prominent book of the French philosopher
Alain Badiou, but it’s also a title of an entire philosophical space. Between the two sides of
this title, the philosophy has reorganized all the traditional philosop
hical concepts,
especially the truth and the subject. In this context, Badiou’s philosophy is particularly
affluent, because it returned back to the very beginning of the philosophy, and launched a
discussion with the most eminent philosophical moments in the history of philosophy. In
this article, we represent the outlines of this philosopher’s doctrine, it’s the first
representation of its kind in Arabic, and we discuss the most important topics he put up,
especially the political ones.
تعد الدولة قديماً و حديثاً محور الدراسات السياسية من قبل المفكرين في العصور القديمة أو الوسطى أو الحديثة.
فدراسة هيغل للدولة أعطتها مفهوماً خاصاً من حيث تركيزه على علاقة الدولة بالشعب و الأفراد، إذ أصبغ على الدولة صفة القداسة، و ادعى أنها تنتمي مباش
رة إلى عالم الروح و الفكر و الإرادة " اللانهائي المطلق " برسم أصلها في الواقع و في مجال الفكر الفلسفي إذ أكد على أهمية العاطفة و الإرادة بقوله: "لم يتم شيئ عظيم في العالم من غير عاطفة" و لكن تاريخ العالم يتبع مملكة الروح، فالدولة هي الشكل الذي يصطنعه التجسيم الكامل للروح، و الدولة هي وحدة الإرادة العالمية الجوهرية مع الإرادة الفردية، لقد مجد هيغل الدولة حيث اعتبر أن كل ما للإنسان من قيمة و حقيقة روحية إنما تأتي إليه عن طريق الدولة، فالدولة هي الفكرة المقدسة.
