In this paper, we introduce an algorithm for grouping Arabic
documents for building an ontology and its words. We execute
the algorithm on five ontologies using Java. We manage the
documents by getting 338667 words with its weights
corresponding
to each ontology. The algorithm had proved its
efficiency in optimizing classifiers (SVM, NB) performance, which
we tested in this study, comparing with former classifiers results
for Arabic language.
There are many methods and suggestions proposed to improve the efficiency of
search in order to catch up with the increasing speed of information boom on the web.
Most of these proposals are concentrated on term frequency and page rank algorithms a
nd
yet very few of them focus on semantic relationship of content.
The objective of this research project is to provide a semantic relationship model that
can be used for semi-structured or unstructured information on the web to help improve the
accuracy and efficiency of search engine.
Being and Event is the title of the most prominent book of the French philosopher

this title, the philosophy has reorganized all the traditional philosop

especially the truth and the subject. In this context, Badiou’s philosophy is particularly
affluent, because it returned back to the very beginning of the philosophy, and launched a
discussion with the most eminent philosophical moments in the history of philosophy. In
this article, we represent the outlines of this philosopher’s doctrine, it’s the first
representation of its kind in Arabic, and we discuss the most important topics he put up,
especially the political ones.
