This research aim to identify therole of teachers in enhance the health awareness concepts to First Cycle Schools of Basic Teaching in Tartous City , and exploration the effect the variables (gender, educational qualification, experience) about the Role of Teachers in enhance the Health Awareness concepts to First. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (25) methods, then applied to a sample of (304) teachers for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen University. Pilot sample consisted of (36) teachers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at least (0.914), and (0.946) at Spearman-Brown. The research ended up with the following results: The Role of Teachers in enhance the Health Awareness concepts First Cycle Schools of Basic Teaching in Tartous City was middle degree. Also No statistically significant differences regarding the role of teachers in enhance the health awareness concepts to First Cycle Schools of Basic Teaching in Tartous City according to (gender, experience), but there are statistically significant differences regarding according to (educational qualification). Among these suggestions having intensive training courses of teachers in the Health education programs, and raising the level of Health Awareness to students.
This research aim to identify the administrative communication skills in the Schools of the Basic Teaching (One Stage) from the view of Administrators and Teachers in Lattakia city. Also studying the differences in the view points of the sample man agers according to the variables: (job title, scientific and educational qualification, experience). To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (64) methods, distributed to fifth areas, then applied to a sample of (92) managers and (308) teachers for the academic year 2015/2016. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen. Pilot sample consisted of (48) managers and teachers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at lest (0.707), and (0.853) at Spearman-Brown.
The Research aims to investigate the administrators and teachers opinion in the degree of having of Planning Competencies of Schools Administrators of the Basic Teaching (Level two), and to study the different of such opinions according to variable s (the functional name, scientific and educational qualification, expertness).The sample included (262) Administrators and Teachers for the academic year 2014/2015. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire composed was designed including (70) items included competencies planning; distributed to the six areas (planning to courses, Planning to Time Management, Planning to Educational outputs, human resource management, material and finances management, Planning to Management communication of the community. The final results showed that possession the Planning Competencies were middle rated, the results did not show statistical significance differences among sample answers averages in possession the Planning Competencies according to the variables of expertness, but there are found statistically significant differences according to the variable functional name in favor of the schools administrators, also according to the variable of scientific and educational qualification in favor of the diploma educational qualification and postgraduate study. The Research suggestions to building measurement for Planning Competencies, and doing training courses before joining scholastic job.
This study aimed to explore the role of the teachers of basic teaching stage in activating the Multiple Intelligences of Pupils , by using variety and appropriate activities for each sort of intelligence from the seven Intelligences that Gardner has set. It also aimed to determine the two sorts of intelligence that get the most and the least interest by the teachers of basic teaching stage , and discovering the impact of the years of experience in teaching on their using intelligence activities alone. According to that, the descriptive approach was adhered. So a special questionnaire- consisted of( 42) items in seven fields was designed for that purpose. The sample of this research was selected randomly and consisted of( 132) teachers who have a licence in education (class room teacher). The research's results show the positive role of the teachers of basic teaching stage in motivating the Multiple Intelligences of their pupils in general. The interpersonal intelligence has got the greatest interest , then intrapersonal, logical- mathematical, bodily- kinesthetic, spatial, musical, and linguistic intelligence. Whereas the study doesn't shows any statistical differences among the average of the degrees of teachers in activating multiple intelligences according to the years of experience in teaching. This study recommended to establish training sessions to the teachers of basic teaching stage to educate them of the multiple intelligence theory and its applications in education, and to include the curricula suitable activities of this theory.
