The research aimed to determine the role of incentives in improving the work performance of the Banias Refinery, by defining the role of incentives represented (job stability, employee involvement, rewards) in improving the work performance of the Ba nias Refinery, the researcher relied on the deductive approach as a method of thinking, and on the descriptive approach a procedural approach To find out the availability of incentive dimensions at Baniyas refinery. Where the researcher distributed a questionnaire to 350 workers, the study concluded that the lowest mean of the responses of the sample members to the phrases that measure the delegated participation of decision-making workers is 2.43, which is less than the mean of neutrality 3, and moral, meaning that workers do not participate in the discussion of any decision The company issues it according to the answers of the sample members. At lower levels, this affects their performance which is reflected in the performance of the work.
The current research aimed to reveal the reality of electronic infidelity and the reality of family stability among a group of Jordanian spouses representing the study sample. It also aimed to detect the existence of a statistically significant pos itive correlation relationship at (0.05) level of significance between electronic infidelity and family stability among a group of Jordanian spouses representing the study sample. The study sample consisted of (94) husbands and wives. The researcher adopted the Electronic Infidelity Scale and the Family Stability Scale as the study instruments. The researcher also adopted the analytical descriptive approach as the study approach. The researcher reached several results, including the following: The reality of electronic infidelity among a group of Jordanian spouses representing the study sample scored (very weak), The reality of family stability among a group of Jordanian spouses representing the study sample scored (very high), There is a negative correlation relationship between electronic infidelity and family stability, There are no statistically significant differences on the Electronic Infidelity Scale and the Family Stability Scale in the light of the following variables (gender - number of children - number of years of marriage), The researcher offered a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the following: the necessity of increasing the understanding between husbands and wives in the Jordanian society and working on closing the gap between thoughts and orientations to increase the levels of family stability and reduce marital infidelity.
This paper deals with the performance study of the self-excited induction generator when driven by wind turbine for producing electrical energy. This was done by modeling both the induction generator and the wind turbine using the Matlab program, and depending on the general theory of electrical machines. method for this system by studying together the mechanical characteristics of the wind turbine and operating characteristics of the induction generator.
This paper aims to use Static Synchronous Compensators (STATCOMs) in two cases combined or distributed, where it act in the first case as one compensator at one placement of electrical network, for the same required power of studied network, and d istributed compensators as multi-STACOM with suitable powers in the second case where they are connected at the best placements of studied network, for improving critical clearing time of IEEE-9 nodes test system and its transient stability.
This study aimed to assess the reality of job satisfaction among employees in the private banks in Damascus; the researchers select four indicators to measure job satisfaction among employees that include the working conditions, job stability, a sense of justice, salaries and wages.
In this paper, spline technique with five collocation parameters for finding the numerical solutions of delay differential equations (DDEs) is introduced. The presented method is based on the approximating the exact solution by C4-Hermite spline i nterpolation and as well as five collocation points at every subinterval of DDE.The study shows that the spline solution of purposed technique is existent and unique and has strongly stable for some collocation parameters. Moreover, this method if applied to test problem will be consistent, p-stable and convergent from order nine .In addition ,it possesses unbounded region of p-stability. Numerical experiments for four examples are given to verify the reliability and efficiency of the purposed technique. Comparisons show that numerical results of our method are more accurate than other methods.
This study aims to identify the factors affecting the velocity of money in Syria during the period ( 1990-2010) based on the study and review of the monetary theories, and the analysis of some empirical studies that examined the velocity of money and its relation to macroeconomic variables. In addition to an econometric study focused on the relationship between the velocity of money in its narrow sense (M1) with the rate of inflation, per capita GDP, real exchange rate, financial evolution, interest rate and political instability, using ARDL methodology to test joint integration.
The aim of this research was to analyze the current structure of Syrian apple exports, and highlighting the relative advantage of this crop and its competitive position on the markets of the key importing countries of Syrian apples. The analysis wa s based on secondary data published by FAO during 2000-2013. Descriptive statistical analyses were used, in addition to estimates of time trend equations to identify the evolution in quantity, value and price of both Syrian apple exports and imports, and to determine certain indicators of export competitiveness, besides to applicate the linear programming model for optimal distribution of Syrian apple exports.
In this paper, spline approximations with five collocation points are used for the numerical simulation of stochastic of differential equations(SDE). First, we have modeled continuous-valued discrete wiener process, and then numerical asymptotic st ochastic stability of spline method is studied when applied to SDEs. The study shows that the method when applied to linear and nonlinear SDEs are stable and convergent. Moreover, the scheme is tested on two linear and nonlinear problems to illustrate the applicability and efficiency of the purposed method. Comparisons of our results with Euler–Maruyama method, Milstein’s method and Runge-Kutta method, it reveals that the our scheme is better than others.
In this research the dynamic impact of the interconnection on the rotor angle Stability for Synchronous Generators in the Syrian Network were analyzed through the dynamic simulation of the power system and building of equations is linear and then use the program PSS / E (Power system simulation)to resolve and identify determinants of the system and determine critical fault clearing times of three-phase faults on the 400 KV addition to identifying the angular revolving generators and thus to verify the stability whether of its work independently within the Syrian electrical system or as part of the five countries interconnection project.
