Achievement motivation is one of the important aspects of the human motivation system, as it determines the extent of the individual’s pursuit and perseverance in order to achieve and attain success. The level of achievement motivation is affected by several factors, including the locus of control, which is the individual's belief about his abilities to control the events and situations he is exposed to. This research aimed to identify achievement motivation and locus of control's level and to determine the relationship between them among faculty nursing students in Tishreen University and identify the variance in achievement motivation and locus of control's level according to sex and educational year. 200 students who were selected from the all four academic years by available sampling. The achievement motivation scale, which was prepared by Tarek Al-masri (2020) has been used. Locus of control scale (1966) also has been used; this scale has been translated into Arabic by Alaa Al -den kafafi in 1982. The most important results are (78.5%) have high achievement motivation level, and (68%) have external locus of control. We have discovered a negative statistic relationship between achievement motivation and locus of control, where the level of achievement motivation increases when the level of external locus of control decrease. Also, it was found no statistically significant differences in achievement motivation and locus of control's level according to sex and educational year.

This research aims at present to detective the correlation between psychological security the and Achievement Motivation, as well as to detect differences between the average scores students at the scale of psychological security and a measure of Ach ievement Motivation among faculty members according to the (academic specialization) among the students of the Damascus university. To achieve this goal has been to use the following tools: Questionnaire to measure the psychological security of the preparation of researcher, And a questionnaire to measure the phenomenon of Achievement Motivation of the preparation of Jdid(2009). The study sample consists of (581) male and female students from Damascus university. The most important findings of Search: 1- There were correlation statistically significant between the scores of students on the scale of psychological security and grades on a scale of Achievement Motivation. 2- There weren't differences between the mean scores of students on thescale of psychological security due to the academic specialization variable. 3- There were differences between the mean scores of students on the scale of Achievement Motivation due to the academic specialization variable favor application college.
Folk medicine is one of the most important issues that deserve studying not because it`s being scientific issue, but for being social fact that must be stopped on and study, specially for it`s becoming within the interest of a lot of cultures and s ocieties. The study aimed to identify the university students attitudes towards Folk Medicine in related with some variables: Gender, Residence, and income for the father and mother, to achieve this purpose the attitudes towards Folk Medicine test applied at a sample consisted of (228) from Tishreen University- Faculty of Nursing. The results showed: The (75,9%) from study subject showed positive attitudes towards The Folk Medicine, but only (24,1%) of them showed negative attitudes.
The study aimed to assess the clinical supervision from viewpoint of students of Nursing Faculty in Tishreen University. The study sample consisted of 350 students, randomly selected from the students of Nursing Faculty in The four academic years, who were existed during the period of data collection. The researcher developed the tool of assessing clinical supervision depending on up-to date references, and the tool consisted of three axis: axis of training process management, educational axis, and supportive or motivation axis & students' satisfaction with clinical supervision. The main results of the study were there was a few difference between negative and positive viewpoints of students toward supervision on them in clinical training. Whereas, students' assessment was more positive in axis of training process management, while it was more negative in the remaining axis (educational axis, supportive or motivation axis, and students' satisfaction with clinical supervision.

The sample was consisted of 719 multiple-choice question, 248 True/False item, and 21 Match item. The most significant findings were: the faculty members followed the conditions of formulating stem in multiple-choice questions with the need to pay attention to language clarity and accuracy. In addition, they followed the conditions in formulating alternatives in multiple-choice tests, and follow all test-type formulation conditions for True/False items, with relying heavily on multiple-choice questions and True/False items, while relying on the test of match items (proportionality) type was very few.
