The scientific technological contemporary revolution, represented by the Internet and computer technics, has led to a new working environment named E-Business. In turn, this environment has produced some nomenclatures appropriate to its nature such a s E-Quality, which refers to the application of various concepts of quality known in computer-based electronic environment and its various networks. This research investigates the problem that discusses the classification of Syrian universities websites, the dimensions of its electronic quality, and the challenges that prevent the lifting of the electronic quality levels in those sites. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to know to which extent Syrian universities websites have adopted the e-quality dimensions. This is done via practical study to the Universities’ websites, in order to achieve an effective development to the Electronic quality elements concept in the E-business environment in Syria. The results of this research showed a weakness in the electronic quality dimensions of the Syrian universities websites, which has been reflected in the weakness of the site design and a decrease in the quality of its software and information, as well as a weakness in the services diversity and electronic ethics.
The main objective of this research is to evaluate the readiness of private and public universities to achieve the European accreditation. This is done through: highlighting the importance of accreditation to Syrian universities and their ability to achieve it, identifying their strengths and weaknesses in meeting the European accreditation criteria, and comparing the main difeerences between private and public universities with regard to accreditation.
The problem of energy conservation is classified as the challenge of the age. As the population increases, energy consumption increases, and modern designs don't provide solutions to stop depletion of resources. The main goal of environmental desi gn is to employ natural energy sources to achieve the micro-climate conditions required in buildings, thus saving energy. Studies have proved the validity of many concepts that were the basis of the traditional architecture design classified within solar environmental architecture.
This study aims to determine the difference of householder spending values between the Syrian provinces. It also aims to find out which of the components and the various items of expenditure, that contributed significantly to the occurrence of this d ifference and disparity between provinces , where cluster analysis method was used to find out this difference and classification . The most important results that have been reached: The result of cluster analysis is that there are three groups of Syrian provinces , the first group included the provinces of high householder spending such as Damascus province , the second group included the provinces of medium householder spending such as: Rural Damascus , Homs , Tartus , Lattakia , Al-Sweida , Daraa , Al – Quneitra . The third group included the provinces of low householder spending such as: Hama , Idleb , Aleppo , Al-Rakka , Deir-ez-Zor , Al-Hasakeh . Accordingly , that most important components and variables of householder spending, which contributed to the classification of the Syrian provinces of homogeneous groups are spending on housing , spending on education , spending on health , spending on transport and communications .
This research is carried out on a sample of 8 players who are setters selected from the Syrian ladies teams. The researcher used the experiential method because it suits the nature of the research, and divided the sample into two groups: experimental and control group. The researcher carried out a pre-test on the two groups. Then the experimental program was put into practice for 8 weeks, three training units per week for the experimental group. Later a post–experimental test, similar to the pre-test, was carried out on the two groups, the experimental and control group. The researcher concludes that the exercises that were used in the program had led to considerable improvement of performance by the experimental group.
