لقد أدّت الثورة العلمية التكنولوجية المعاصرة المتمثّلة بشكل كبير في ثورة الحاسب والإنترنت إلى خلق بيئة عمل جديدة سمّيت ببيئة العمل الإلكترونية(E-Business)، التي بدورها أفرزت مصطلحات جديدة تتناسب وطبيعة تلك البيئة، كمصطلح الجودة الإلكترونية(E-Quality)، الذي يشير إلى تطبيق مختلف مفاهيم الجودة المعروفة في بيئة إلكترونية أساسها الحاسب وشبكاته المختلفة. تتلخّص مشكلة هذا البحث بدراسة تصنيف مواقع الجامعات السورية على الإنترنت، وبدراسة أبعاد الجودة الإلكترونية فيها، والتحديات التي تحول دون رفع مستوى الجودة الإلكترونية لتلك المواقع. بناء عليه يهدف هذا البحثلمعرفة مدى تحقيق مواقع الجامعات السورية لأبعاد الجودة الإلكترونية، من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على مواقع تلك الجامعات، بما يسهم في تطويرها ورفع سويّتها من خلال تحقيقها الفعّال لعناصر الجودة الإلكترونية وأبعادها في بيئة الأعمال الإلكترونية السّورية. يظهر من نتائج هذا البحث وجود ضعف في أبعاد الجودة الإلكترونية لمواقع الجامعات السورية، والتي تتجلّى بضعف تصميم الموقع وانخفاض جودة البرمجية والمعلومات وكذلك ضعف في بُعْد تنوّع الخدمات وبُعْد الأخلاقيات الإلكترونية.
The scientific technological contemporary revolution, represented by the Internet and computer technics, has led to a new working environment named E-Business. In turn, this environment has produced some nomenclatures appropriate to its nature such as E-Quality, which refers to the application of various concepts of quality known in computer-based electronic environment and its various networks. This research investigates the problem that discusses the classification of Syrian universities websites, the dimensions of its electronic quality, and the challenges that prevent the lifting of the electronic quality levels in those sites. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to know to which extent Syrian universities websites have adopted the e-quality dimensions. This is done via practical study to the Universities’ websites, in order to achieve an effective development to the Electronic quality elements concept in the E-business environment in Syria. The results of this research showed a weakness in the electronic quality dimensions of the Syrian universities websites, which has been reflected in the weakness of the site design and a decrease in the quality of its software and information, as well as a weakness in the services diversity and electronic ethics.

The aimed of the research is to determine the role of career path dimensions through (training, promotion, incentives) in reducing job burnout (stress, and the limited work powers of workers at Tishreen University. The researcher relied on the deduct
ive approach as a method for thinking in formulating the research hypotheses and selecting the hypothesized relationships between the research variables, and the descriptive and analytical approach by listing Arab and foreign books and periodicals, and other publications related to the research topic, and reviewing, studying and analyzing them in order to answer the research objectives and discuss their hypotheses. As for the research methods, the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting primary data, and the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 167 workers at Tishreen University, of which 164 were recovered, and 161 questionnaires were suitable for analysis. Then she analyzed the data on the dependent variable and the independent variable and tested the hypotheses using the analysis program. Statistician SPSS version 20 to accept or reject hypotheses. One of the most important results of the study was the content of the training program that is not commensurate with the needs of workers at work, and the training content is not determined on the basis of compatibility with the different abilities of the trainees, and the worker does not participate in choosing the appropriate work method and style, and the workers do not feel bored and bored because of my work.
This Study aims to explore the determinants of higher education service in Syria and the relative importance of each of these determinants upon the overall perceived quality of higher education and students` satisfaction ,to assess perceived quality
and students` satisfaction, and to discover any differences in this perceived quality and satisfaction in terms of selected demographic variables (Gender, Study type, Academic sector, Academic level ,Year of study for Bachelor students).

This Research Aimed To Study The Webometrics And Its Standards, In Order To Benefit From Them In Improving The Ranking Of Syrian Universities On The Internet. The Researcher Used Classification Data During Previous Versions To Find Out The Current Reality Of The Classification Of Syrian Universities, And What Is Their Ranking Locally, Arab, And Globally, And The Study Concluded That Webometrics Standards Are Not Considered To Be Complex Criteria That Are Difficult To Achieve Within The Current Reality Of The Capabilities Of Syrian Universities, And That Syrian Universities Have A Great Opportunity By Improving Its Global Rankings On Webometrics, If The Focus Is On Working With The Thrust Of These Standards On University Websites.
The main objective of this research is to evaluate the readiness of private and public universities to achieve the European accreditation. This is done through: highlighting the importance of accreditation to Syrian universities and their ability to
achieve it, identifying their strengths and weaknesses in meeting the European accreditation criteria, and comparing the main difeerences between private and public universities with regard to accreditation.
