This research highlights on an important and fundamental issue of the 20th century's most important philosophers, "Gaston Bachelard", which is the analytical approach to scientific knowledge of this philosopher and the role played by "Gaston Bachelard" in this approach in formulating a set of scientific concepts that enriched epistemology as the concept of the epistemological obstacle ,The concept of estrangement and the concept of undo time, with concentration on importance of the dialectical relationship between these concepts and their role in the development of scientific knowledge.

The importance of this research is that it is one of the rare researches that touch on the philosophy of science at the French philosopher Gaston Bachler, And the role played by this philosopher in the development of the science of epistemology thr ough the epistemological concepts that he introduced to this science, Such as the concept of epistemological obstacle and the concept of epistemological estrangement in addition to the concept of temporal regression and the relationship of these concepts with each other, which contributed to the enrichment of the epistemology and its evolution.
The research addressed a critical analytical study of the moral basis of scientific knowledge from the viewpoint of the contemporary philosopher of science Karl popper, throughout his opinion on the fact that scientific knowledge is incomplete when not based on cognitive approach and moral content which protect it from slipping and error, stressing the close relationship and the strong correlation between knowledge and ethics, which if deviated affected the standards of science as a whole. Results showed that knowledge, generally, is everyone's right to possess, threr resides the truth, and to reach this truth there must be many methodologies, says popper, the most important of which is the critical approach and rational dialog, by which we realize that the human makes mistakes and, consequently, his knowledge may be wrong, and to access the real scientific knowledge the skeptical approach should be followed in which the premise is tested in different ways. Popper pointed out that the insightful human recipient can exercise these logical operations, and the insightful human is naturaly forgivable non- fanatic, open to criticism, non-monopolistic of knowledge and therefore the basis of knowledge is purely ethical, without which knowledge loses its meaning and credibility.
This research deals with metaphysics as an essential structure in any scientific work. This has been achieved through intuitional analysis of facts as well as mathematics and presumptions that are based on the “core”, let alone the teleological or ientation in science and the contradiction between appearance and reality. The paper finds out that the metaphysical structure in science is formed in accordance with the formational structure of the human mind, and it provides various items of evidence to prove this.
I will study in this research Shehab Al- Khafaji Morphologically، in order to shed light on his role in this field، including hisreviews and guidance in his book called (Enayat AlkadywakifayatAr- Rady).
Recent transformer-based approaches demonstrate promising results on relational scientific information extraction. Existing datasets focus on high-level description of how research is carried out. Instead we focus on the subtleties of how experimenta l associations are presented by building SciClaim, a dataset of scientific claims drawn from Social and Behavior Science (SBS), PubMed, and CORD-19 papers. Our novel graph annotation schema incorporates not only coarse-grained entity spans as nodes and relations as edges between them, but also fine-grained attributes that modify entities and their relations, for a total of 12,738 labels in the corpus. By including more label types and more than twice the label density of previous datasets, SciClaim captures causal, comparative, predictive, statistical, and proportional associations over experimental variables along with their qualifications, subtypes, and evidence. We extend work in transformer-based joint entity and relation extraction to effectively infer our schema, showing the promise of fine-grained knowledge graphs in scientific claims and beyond.
