In this research a performance of TurboExpander and Joule- Thomson valve will be compared in a proposed system developed in order to recover flare gas in oil fields outstations which not connected to any gas plant and burns continually the entire associated gases in the flare, and reuses the mentioned gases in central process facilities as a fuel in gas turbines which use diesel (as they have dual system gas-diesel), while the associated gases in related outstations are burned.

In this research proposed system components will be studied in order to recover flare gases at outstations of the oil fields which not connected to any gas plant, hence they send continuously the entire associated gases to the flare, and how to de termine the proposed recovery system operating parameters in order to recover the mentioned gases and reuse them in central process facilities, where a number of gas turbines which have a dual system (gas - diesel) located at Elwared central process facility consume a huge amount of diesel, while the associated gas in Elwared related outstations especially Elahmar burns (2.5 MMSCFD).
There were many legal frameworks and engineering conditions of the construction systems in Arab countries. They were developed depending on the importance of the urban boom, taking into account the priorities of the cities in their strategies, whic h depend on the balance between the characteristics and urban development in the world. The research compares between the data of Dubai city, which became a state that grows in the Arab Gulf as a real estate investment and attraction for capital, the city of Damascus, which is looking for a role through this context, and the development possibility of its building system in accordance with its dreams in order to be in balance with its background heritage.
We aimed in this research to suggest an Insurance Regulatory Information System (IRIS); it is integrated with the nature of the Syrian insurance market. This system consists of scientific, practical and separated indicators for evaluating the p erformance of the Syrian insurance companies. Moreover, this system consists of previous indicators which are divided into four groups. Each group studies a different side of risks that are faced by the Syrian insurance companies. We devised a mechanism to distinguish among the studied sample according to the proposed indicators. Depending on earlier mechanism, the studied companies are classified into the companies that have positive performance and others that have negative one. We have applied the suggested IRIS to the studied sample which includes one Syrian public insurance company and six private insurance companies. We depend on appropriate statistical methods to test hypotheses during the studied period to achieve objectives of the research. Major findings serve the decision makers in the Syrian insurance companies. Suggested IRIS is a new scientific method which should be used in the local insurance field. Future studies should be interested in developing and increasing the number of previous indicators.
This research aims to produce a diagnosis system for breast cancer by using Neural Network depending on Back Propagation algorithm(BPNN) and Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ‘ANFIS’, the both of studies was done using structural features of b iopsies in “Wisconson Breast Cancer “data base. In the end a comparison was made between the two studies of malignant- benign classification of breast masses of breast cancer which has accuracy 95,95% with BPNN and 91.9% with ANFIS system, this results can be consider very important if they compared with researches depending on image features that obtained of various devises like mammography, magnetic resonance.
The objective of this work is to study and design a module of super capacitors for recovering the braking energy in trolleybuses. The module of super capacitors is charged and discharged by Buck-Boost converter that is reversible in current. The co ntrol and the smoothing elements of the converter are designed with taking into account the non-linear nature of super capacitors. To recover quickly the braking energy, the module is charged with constant current, while the discharging is done with constant voltage on the DC link of trolleybus. The module of super capacitors in its different operations (starting up, powering auxiliary equipments, braking) is simulated in the SIMPLORER environment. As a result, the different operating values (as voltage, current and temperature) are determined for the elements of the studied module (diodes, IGBTs, capacitor, super capacitors). Finally, the failure rate and the reliability of the module elements are estimated depending on the different operating factors. The module faults is analyzed.
