In this research proposed system components will be studied in order to recover flare gases at outstations of the oil fields which not connected to any gas plant, hence they send continuously the entire associated gases to the flare, and how to determine the proposed recovery system operating parameters in order to recover the mentioned gases and reuse them in central process facilities, where a number of gas turbines which have a dual system (gas - diesel) located at Elwared central process facility consume a huge amount of diesel, while the associated gas in Elwared related outstations especially Elahmar burns (2.5 MMSCFD).

In this research a performance of TurboExpander and Joule- Thomson valve will be compared in a proposed system developed in order to recover flare gas in oil fields outstations which not connected to any gas plant and burns continually the entire associated gases in the flare, and reuses the mentioned gases in central process facilities as a fuel in gas turbines which use diesel (as they have dual system gas-diesel), while the associated gases in related outstations are burned.
In production sharing agreements, when discovering the commercial amount of oil, the investing company have the right to recover its costs which was carried in the exploration, development and production phases, that by utilizing from the proceeds of specified percent of each period production, Due to the views about the appropriate accounting treatment for capitalizing and recovering the costs under production sharing agreements were different; the accounting policies for processing and recovering the costs in the foreign petroleum companies which invested in Syria were different. The aim of this research is to present the different Accounting Treatments applied for Recovering the costs in the Oil and Gas Companies under Production Sharing Agreements, and determine its impact on the amount of capitalized costs and the income, that through an applied study included the accounting treatments in both (SIPC) and (CNPC) “Foreign petroleum companies invested in Syria”, the actual accounting numbers of SIPC modified to be in accordance with the accounting treatments of CNPC. The research completed to pay the attention that the Accounting Treatment of processing and recovering the Costs have a significant and material impact on the income and amount of capitalized costs, and preferred recognizing or treating the proceeds of recovering the costs as Oil Revenues not a recovery (amortizing) of capitalized costs.
Hydrogen sulfide gas is naturally present in the environment, and with the progress of science and the increasing need for energy, the emissions of toxic and polluting gases to the environment, including hydrogen sulfide gas, have increased as a result of industrial processes carried out by humans.
The research aims through his studies to determine the effectiveness of the administrative factors in the application of multi-modal transport system. He also aims to determine the effectiveness of logistical factors in the application of this syst em, and assess the extent of the efficiency of the nessessary infrastructure for the application of this system. The researcher adobted to test his hypotheses on the preliminary data obtained through a distribution of a questionnaire to the workers of the container terminal of the Port of Latakia, the customs agents and shipping companies, and the number of the respondents was about 60 people. The researcher used the "Student" test sample as one sample in order to test his hypotheses. He conducted demographic descriptions for the members of the sample,Cronbach's alpha coefficient to measure the stability was 0,911. The study concluded: Poor logistic service in the container terminal at the Port of Latakia and the weakness of qualified and trained staff to use the method of transport. The researcher found at the end of the study: The need to update all the infrastructure related to each place and take advantage of the geographical location of Syria.
In this research we improve the desalting process by determine the perfect value of demulsifier and washing water flow rate , reducing the salts concentration of separated water current going to first stage desalting and increasing residence time of oil into desalter according to the characteristic of oil and the process condition.
