في هذا البحث ستتم دراسة مكونات نظام مقترح تم تطويره بغرض استرجاع الغازات
المهدورة في الشعلة و ذلك ضمن محطات إنتاج النفط الخارجية غير المتصلة مع معمل
الغاز و التي تقوم بحرق كامل الغازات المرافقة ضمن الشعلة بشكل مستمر، و كيفية تحديد
بارامترات تشغيل هذا النظام بغرض استرجاع الغازات المهدورة في هذه المحطات
و الاستفادة منها في محطات المعالجة الرئيسية، حيث تستهلك مجموعة من العنفات
الغازية (التي تعمل بنظام مزدوج على الغاز و الديزل) و الموجودة في محطة المعالجة
الرئيسية (حقل الورد) كمية كبيرة من وقود الديزل، في حين يتم حرق الغازات المرافقة في
المحطات الخارجية التابعة لهذا الحقل، أهم هذه المحطات محطة الأحمر التي تقوم
بحرق كمية من الغاز تبلغ مليونين و نصف قدم مكعب يومياً.
In this research proposed system components will be studied in
order to recover flare gases at outstations of the oil fields which not
connected to any gas plant, hence they send continuously the entire
associated gases to the flare, and how to determine the proposed
recovery system operating parameters in order to recover the
mentioned gases and reuse them in central process facilities, where
a number of gas turbines which have a dual system (gas - diesel)
located at Elwared central process facility consume a huge amount
of diesel, while the associated gas in Elwared related outstations
especially Elahmar burns (2.5 MMSCFD).
