This research aimed to evaluate the training courses of the use of educational technology from the perspective of the trainees, and to find out the effect of some variables on it .In order to a chieve the objectives of this research, the descriptive analytical method was used by designing a questionnaire consisting of 50 statements distributed on six axes. The study sample was consisted of 171 administrators and teachers at the schools of the Governorate of Lattakia who followed one or more courses of the use of educational techniques. There were no differences which are statistically significant between the average responses of the sample of the questionnaire of evaluating the training courses of the use of educational techniques according to the variables of the number of courses adopted and the scientific and educational qualification except for the axis of (The extent of the advantage of the course) as some differences in favor of those who followed one or more courses and for those who have the diploma of educational qualification were found out.

This study aims at demonstrating how effective the training programs are from the viewpoint of the Company's trainees, to know nature of the relationship between the training program dimen-sions and the effectiveness of the training programs, besides showing how IPA technology is used as a new management tool for dealing with the factors influencing the training programs effectiveness and to define the strategies to treat the training programs dimensions.
The purpose of this research is to know the reality of the use of educational techniques and laboratory devices in secondary vocational schools in Lattakia Governorate, The research adopted descriptive analytical method through a questionnaire con sisting of (50) words distributed on four axes, has been verified the validity and stability through appropriate statistical methods, And then applied to the study sample which consisted of (127) teachers, assistant teachers and vocational teachers in a number of vocational secondary schools in Lattakia Governorate during the second semester of the academic year (2016-2017), The most important findings of the research: -The degree of ownership of the competencies of the use of educational techniques and laboratory devices in vocational schools and the degree of use of these techniques and devices medium. -The degree of obstacles to the use of educational techniques and laboratory devices in vocational schools and the degree of requirements for the development of this use is high. - There were no statistically significant differences in the identification of the reality of the use of educational techniques and lab equipment in secondary vocational schools in Lattakia Governorate according to the variables of the place of study and the job title. - There were statistically significant differences in the possession of competencies in the use of educational techniques and laboratory devices in vocational schools and the use of these techniques and devices according to the variable training courses for those who followed one or more courses. There were no differences regarding the obstacles of using educational techniques and laboratory equipment in vocational schools. This paper introduces data on translation trainees' perceptions of the MTPE process and implications on training in this field. This study aims to analyse trainees' performance of three MTPE tasks the English-Polish language pair and post-tasks inter views to determine the need to promote machine translation post-editing skills in educating translation students. Since very little information concerning MTPE training is available, this study may be found advantageous.
The study aims at defining the reality of educational-management crisis which faces Tishreen University from the view point of the staff and administrative members and at defining the differences in the administrative methods of crisis-management acc ording to these variables (the scientific qualification, the experience, the faculty, and the sort of job). In addition to some suggestions concerning the best Administrative methods of Crisis-management at Tishreen University, and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire has been applied on a sample of (278) individuals during the academic year of (2014 - 2015). It consisted of (52) statements distributed into five sections (planning of educational management, the process of communication during the crisis, the importance of information in crisis-management, the financial and human abilities which are variable to Crisis management, and the extent of works credibility and their belonging to the University). The validity of the questionnaire was approved depending on some specializers and experts in both the education and economics faculties at Tishreen University. There were (9) referees, the total reliability factor was (0.755). The result of the research proved that the crisis-management at the University was of an average level in addition to statistical significant difference concerning the degree of crisis-management according to the variable of the scientific qualification. It also showed no statistical significant difference according to the variables of experience, the faculty, and the sort of job. The researcher suggested preparing training sessions and specialized workshops in crisis-management at the University to raise some awareness about it.
The ultimate goal of this study is to enhance the cultural competence of the Syrian students at both the school and university phases throughout the teaching of English. The first part of this study provides what many researchers think about the ro les of the textbook and the teacher in strengthening the relationship between the learner and his/her own culture and/or the other cultures including the target culture. In the second part of this study, an analysis from a cultural perspective of the Syrian context is provided. This analysis focuses on the English language textbooks used at the Syrian schools and at Tishreen university. Then it moves to both the Syrian teachers and leaners. The last part of this study gives some suggestions that could be helpful in strengthening the cultural awareness in the Syrian educational system.
