This research aimed to evaluate the training courses of the use of educational technology from the perspective of the trainees, and to find out the effect of some variables on it .In order to a chieve the objectives of this research, the descriptiv e analytical method was used by designing a questionnaire consisting of 50 statements distributed on six axes. The study sample was consisted of 171 administrators and teachers at the schools of the Governorate of Lattakia who followed one or more courses of the use of educational techniques. The most important research results were: The order of the axes of the questionnaire came as the following: The extent of the advantage of the course, The content of the course programme, The general level of the performance of the lectures, The course place The course objectives, The course time. The evaluation of the training courses of the use of educational techniques from the perspective of the trainees came generally at an acceptable degree. There were no differences which are statistically significant between the average responses of the sample of the questionnaire of evaluating the training courses of the use of educational techniques according to the variables of the job and the number of years of experience. There were no differences which are statistically significant between the average responses of the sample of the questionnaire of evaluating the training courses of the use of educational techniques according to the variables of the number of courses adopted and the scientific and educational qualification except for the axis of (The extent of the advantage of the course) as some differences in favor of those who followed one or more courses and for those who have the diploma of educational qualification were found out.
The purpose of this study was to know the impact of strategic planning on raising the performance level of the organization from the point of view of the administrators in Syrian Telecommunications Company, it was used the statistical program (spssv20) for hypotheses testing and analyze of the results of the study sample, which consists of 133 Administrative.
The aim of this study is to measure the quality of the service provided by the Syrian Telecommunications Company from customers’ point of view. Tishreen Telephone Exchange in Lattakia was examined using the SERVQUAL standard which is modified by a dding two dimensions; network quality and communication. The study shows the process of measuring the quality of provided fixed telephone services in terms of difference between what customers expect and what they actually receive. The data was collected using a questionnaire designed by Parasuraman and others. 200 questionnaires were randomly distributed to the company's customers. The results of the study indicate that there is a gap in all dimensions (Tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, network quality and communication) and that customers' expectations exceed what the company actually provide. The study concluded with some recommendations including the necessity of improving the quality of service, training the staff and adopting quality as a basic standard for work.
The present study aimed to discuss the concept of quality of information provided by the MIS in the Syrian Telecommunications company with identifying the most important dimensions of information quality, and how to measure them in order to test their impact on the decision making process.
The study aims to determine the relationship between the job stress and the task performance of employees in the university hospitals, and determine the appropriate strategies to reduce the job stress. The study was applied on a sample of 181 worke rs in Higher Education hospitals (Al-Assad University Hospital, Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital) in Damascus city. Data were collected through using a questionnaire to measure the stress job and the task performance for the employees in the sample of the study. Analysis (Importance- Performance) was used to answer the questions of the study. The study gives us the following results: 1. The factors (such as gender, type of work, the nature of work, age, number of years of experience and educational qualification) have a big effect at the stress job for the workers in the university hospitals. 2. Marital status (single or married) of the Researched workers does not have any effect at the stress job for the workers in the university hospitals. 3. There is a positive correlation between the level of the task performance of the worker and the level of the stress job that caused by the following factors (Command and Control, Influence on Decisions and Clarity of the Role). 4. There is a negative correlation between the level of the task performance of the worker and the level of the stress job that caused by the following factors (role conflict, requirements and workload). 5. Enable of the subordinates to participate on the meetings that related to developing the job, as well as involving them in decisions that effect on their work and tasks.
