This study aimed to identify the concept of institutional, institutional thought and the reflection of the evolution of these concepts in the Syrian institutions and their impact on crisis management. The study sample consisted of 89 individuals involved developed and applied in the different institutions of university professors, managers and journalists. The most important results of our research to institutional thought is the real guarantee for the continuity of the institution at a time of crisis individually or as a group of state institutions. Moreover, there is a correlation between the evolutions of institutional thought development and the increased ability to respond to crises. Additionally, there are significant differences between the means of the sample respondents' views to the impact of institutional thought development in crisis management stages according to educational qualification, job level and job experience variables.

And in order to achieve commercial bank this end,the bank must attract and compilation of national savings in the form of bank deposits, and then reinjected into the national economy through the granting of credit facilities and loans aimed at financing investment, or the Bank may direct the investment of these funds in order to achieve a profit, and that the policy of the Commercial Bank in this regard depends on the structure and size of deposits and maturities. This research deals with the study and analysis of the impact of the development of deposits in the Commercial Bank of Syria on the size of the net profit achieved during the time period from (2000) to (2013), and the impact of the Syrian crisis on the size of those net profits resulting from the evolution of the volume of bank deposits with the bank, through study evolution as strings of time using including lead us statistics theory, where the link has been studying the Commercial Bank of Syria earnings and the size of bank deposits has a path, and therefore has been measuring the intensity and direction of the correlation between these variables down to build a statistical model objectively reflects the nature and direction of the relationship connectivity deposits between the Commercial Bank of Syria on the one hand, and between the size of the net profits of the bank on the other hand.
This study aimed to identify the impact of the transformational leadership(Charismatic influence, individualized consideration) on the organizational change Management at public Hospitals in the Syrian Coast. Research primary information were col lected through a questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample of research community, the data was analyzed by the SPSS statistical program. The study aims at defining the reality of educational-management crisis which faces Tishreen University from the view point of the staff and administrative members and at defining the differences in the administrative methods of crisis-management acc ording to these variables (the scientific qualification, the experience, the faculty, and the sort of job). In addition to some suggestions concerning the best Administrative methods of Crisis-management at Tishreen University, and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire has been applied on a sample of (278) individuals during the academic year of (2014 - 2015). It consisted of (52) statements distributed into five sections (planning of educational management, the process of communication during the crisis, the importance of information in crisis-management, the financial and human abilities which are variable to Crisis management, and the extent of works credibility and their belonging to the University). The validity of the questionnaire was approved depending on some specializers and experts in both the education and economics faculties at Tishreen University. There were (9) referees, the total reliability factor was (0.755). The result of the research proved that the crisis-management at the University was of an average level in addition to statistical significant difference concerning the degree of crisis-management according to the variable of the scientific qualification. It also showed no statistical significant difference according to the variables of experience, the faculty, and the sort of job. The researcher suggested preparing training sessions and specialized workshops in crisis-management at the University to raise some awareness about it.
