هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى أداء العاملين من وجهة نظر المشرفين عليهم، و هل يتعلق هذا الأداء ببعض المتغيرات. و لتحقيق ذلك، بنِيت استمارة قياس علمية، تقيس أداء العاملين في الشركة. بلغ عدد العاملين في خط الإنتاج الذين أجريت عليهم عملية القياس 111 عاملا و عاملة. و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: -1 يتسم مستوى أداء العاملين لواجباتهم في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر المشرفين على عملهم بالإنجاز الإيجابي. -2 يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة المستوى التعليمي للعاملين. -3 يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة مقدار الأجر الشهري الذي يأخذه العاملون فيها. -4 يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة الإجازات التي يأخذونها. 5- يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة التكريم المادي و المعنوي للعاملين. -6 يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة الدورات التدريبية التي قاموا بها. كما قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات التي تساعد على رفع مستوى أداء العاملين في الشركة.
