Latakia province has many of the elements of outstanding tourism investment, however the tourist industry is still the emerging even under these unjust on the Syria crisis, so the aim of this Abajt to show the reality of tourism investment and tourism projects in the province of Latakia, and to identify the most important elements of the tourism investment, and stand on the obstacles and problems facing the tourism investment and to find appropriate solutions him to get into the best ways to increase tourism activity in the province of Latakia and activate the areas of investment in it in order to achieve yields economic returns better and create jobs for thousands of young people who are waiting for suitable jobs.
The tourist price is considered one of the important activities of tourist work, and an important element of the tourist marketing mixture elements. This due to its impact on the tourist activity. Because of the importance of Price, this study has ai med to highlight the price promoting policies that Lattakia Hotel followed during marketing crisis phase which the business generally faced, and the current crisis especially; and realizing the promo policies types which the management applied and how effective they were. However, the hotel management’s applied policies have been (discount (reduction), psychological price and package price). Moreover, the study has focused on the extent of the tourist demand impact on the given products through applying this strategy by the Hotel management. The study community consisted of the Lattakia Hotel administrative staff of different administrative levels whose number was 35 members. A questionnaire has been established and distributed to the Lattakia Hotel administrative staff. In addition, data has been studied and analyzed by using SPSS. After data has been analyzed the researcher had a set of results: the discount (reduction) and package price policies applied in the business are successful and have a positive influence on the tourist demand, whereas the psychological price policy is unsuccessful and is almost absent in the business according to Lattakia Hotel Administrative employee.
The study focused on the following problem: Is there an impact of the Corona pandemic on the tourist demand for accommodation facilities in Lattakia Governorate?. The study aimed at the following: To clarify the reality of the tourist demand for acco mmodation facilities before the Corona pandemic, in addition to determining the changes in the structure of the tourist demand in the accommodation facilities (hotels, chalets and furnished apartments, and visitors) during the period of the Corona pandemic in the Lattakia Governorate in 2020. A descriptive analytical approach was used.The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: The Corona pandemic affected the overall tourism demand for accommodation facilities in the Lattakia Governorate significantly in 2020 compared to 2019, There is an improvement in the overall tourism demand for accommodation facilities in the Lattakia Governorate in the three years before the pandemic. The pandemic affected the components of the Tourism Demand (hotels, furnished apartments, visitors) in Lattakia Governorate in 2020, The tourist demand for hotels was affected less than the Tourism demand for chalets, apartments, and visitors.
Rural centers in Lattakia Governorate can receive groups of tourists in villages and provide them with residence. As a result of development and progress started in the 1980s, the Syrian rural areas have undergone principal structural changes. In thi s Governorate, the rural centers are characterized by a good level of service in addition to natural and economic features as well as a rural person with a strong sense of self trust and developed intellectually, socially and medically. This is to be reflected in the reduction of unemployment as well as in the decline of migration from villages to cities. Therefore, it is useful to affiliate the social and economic development of the rural communities with the rural tourist industry in order to create economic and demographic stability and provide an additional source of income.
This research aimed at knowing the relation between casual attribution, and scholastic Achievement Motivation on a sample of superior And ordinary students, and at knowing the differences between the two sorts of each sample the research depended o n the descriptive and analytic method by using casual attribution scale which has been designed by the researcher the sample was (288) students of males and females from the eighth grade at schools of superior And ordinary in Lattakia governorate: The results were as follows: There is a statistical significant positive correlative relation between attribution of (effort making) and scholastic Achievement Motivation of ordinary students students while there is no statistical significant correlative relation between the other casual attributions (the ability, the luck (chance), the task difficulty, (the mixed attribution) and scholastic Achievement Motivation. There is a statistical significant positive correlative relation between each of (the ability attribution, the effort attribution, the task difficulty attribution, and between scholastic Achievement Motivation of superior students, while there is no statistical significant correlative relation between, the luck attribution, and the mixed attribution, and scholastic Achievement Motivation. There are statistical significant differences between the mean scores of ordinary students responses and superior students ones according to casual attribution scale except for the mixed attribution, and there are differences according to scholastic Achievement Motivation scale in favor of the superior students. There are no a statistical significant differences between the mean scores of male students responses and female students ones according to both scales the casual attribution and scholastic Achievement Motivation.
