This research deals with a general professional book which is rarely studied nor analyzed by researchers.It´s AL Koulliat by Abi ALbakáa ALkafawi. It tries tointroduce a comprehensive description of this book.In the beginning, the research speaks about the biography of his writer and tries to know the purpose of its writing, examine its sources and subject, and how to classify and explainit.In addition, the research examines the most important characteristics of the book which is distinguished from other idiomatic books. The research sumsup the most important results and commandments.

and persuading them, and explain the components of the communication process, and
illustrated the manifestations of the ethos, started with the advanced ethos that pertains to
the person speaking, and through the oratorical ethos, it is the image that the speech
producer tried to construct in the text, to reach the image of the self was formed after the
end of the discourse, which proposed usher naming the post-rhetorical ethos, and how the
recipient rebelled against the preacher when the third verb of the speech act was achieved.
The analytical descriptive and method might sound the perfect way via which one
can get to the speech of AL- HASAN Ibn ALI, analysis of procedural processes in the
study of linguistic phenomena after determining their scope time and environment, and
detecting shifts in the image of the discourse product "ethos" .
This study includes (409)pregnant women elected from patients who have been
admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology or outpatient clinic belonging to
Assad University Hospital in Lattakia during the study period from 01/09/2014 up t
o
01/09/2015.patients have been classified in tow groups: symptomatic and non
symptomatic(109 and 300 patient respectively).It has been diagnosed asymptomatic
bacteriuria in accordance with the standard (Edward Kass) at a rate (12%).We found that
the age lesser than 30 years, is a risk factor important in the occurrence of urinary infection
,there is no importance for the pattern of work, and most of the cases of the asymptomatic
bacteriuria is in the second trimester (14-28 weeks) and multigravida account of (73.9 %)
of the group of bacteriuric asymptomatic patients.Study shows that the bacterial urine
culture is the golden diagnostic test to detect urinary tract infection in pregnant women,
and it also shows the non-reliability of the urinalysis test, because of the high false
negativity in the diagnosis of asymptomatic bacteriuria .Escherichia coli was the most
common bacterial organisim causing bacterial urinary infections in patients study, by
66.7% for a frank urinary sepsis, and 80.2% for the group asymptomatic bacteriuria .
