This research aimed to know the relationship between psychological social conflict and depression among Damascus University students whether existing any significant differences between the means of psychological social conflict and depression degree s with respect to male and female, Science and Literate Students. The sample of the research consisted of (350) students both sexes, (165) male and (185) female students. The researcher used psychological social conflict and (BDI-II) scales. Validity and reliability of both tools were concluded. The results revealed that, there was a significant positive correlation between Psychological and social conflict and depression. The results also revealed that significant differences were observed between the means of psychological social conflict and depression between male and female students for the female. Also it showed that is no significant differences between the means of psychological social conflict and depression among Science and Literate Students
This research shows that the old poem may be characterized by dramatic dimension, which is connected with dominance of the particular lyricism, because the dramatic sense is a reflection on the humanitarian contest. That is not depend on the theat er as at Greeks era and after. However, we can find it in poems too. In addition, the lyricism of the old Arabic poetry does not prevent the appearance of dramatic dimension in it.
This research aims to discover the drama and narrative in old Arabic poetry, by studying poesy Ainyat Abi Zhouaib Al Hathaly, which consists of psychological emotional start, the poet narrates in it his tragedy using dialogical dramatic start, followed by narrative presentation tree growing stories: the Zebra and his female, the bull and the dogs, two heroes.
The Carolingian Empire which was established by Emperor Charlemagne in (184AH / 800AD) remained strong throughout his life until his death in (199AH / 814 AD), but his son Louis the Pious (199-226 AH / 814-840 AD) who succeeded him to the throne wa s unable to preserve the Empire. So, he divided it between his sons following the steps of the Franks. This division led to the outbreak of the civil wars Inside the Carolingian Family. The situation aggravated terribly after his death which led to the division of the Empire between his three sons under theTreaty of Verdun, but wars and political conflicts have continued between the three Kingdoms. These conflicts in the Carolingian Empire will be the subject of the study.
