المشكلة الأساسية التي يقف أمامها هذا البحث محاولاً كشف أغوارها هي
عدم توافر المهارات لدى المرشدين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع الطلاب للدرجة التي
تسمح بتكوين هؤلاء الطلاب أو زيادة وعيهم وحفزهم إلى تنمية مهاراتهم و مستقبلهم.
و تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى رصد طبيعة العلاقة بين المهارات التي يتمتع بها
المرشدون الاجتماعيون العاملون مع الطلاب و تحليلها و قدرتهم على المساهمة في تشكيل الطالب لحياة المستقبل و بنائها في جميع مجالات حياته و مراحل نموه المختلفة، و تقديم الخبرات المتنوعة للطلاب و تبصيرهم ببعض المشكلات التي قد تواجههم، فضلاً عن مساعدة الطالب على تنمية ميوله و قدراته و استعداداته و حمايته من الانحرافات.
The Basic issue of this research is the lack of skills in the social
instructors when they deal with students able to increase their awareness
and to motivate them to develop their skills.
The current study tries to observe and analyze the nature of the relation
between the social instructor`s skills and their ability to contribute in
forming and setting up the student for the future and in all his life stages
and to give many experiences to students , make them aware of the
problems which they may face in addition to that helping the student to
develop his abilities and to protect him from delinquency.
