تناول هذا البحث لأول مرة في سورية تأثير استئصال السويقة العينية في الانسلاخ، و نضوج المبايض عند النوع PenaeusSemisulcatus التي أصبحت خطوة أساسية في معظم مفارخ الجمبري. تم انتقاء 12 أنثى بطول 15,5-17,5 سم، و 6 ذكور بالغة بطول تراوح بين 14-16 سم، و ذلك من المنطقة تحت الشاطئية لمدينة جبلة خلال الفترة الممتدة من بداية شهر نيسان 2012 و حتى نهاية شهر حزيران 2013. استئصلت السويقة العينية لـ 6 إناث, بينما بقيت الإناث الأخرى بوصفها شاهده. وضعت الإناث مع الذكور بنسبة 2:1 في كل حوض سعة 150 ل موصولة إلى حوض فلتره, حيثضبطت درجة الحرارة على 27-29 م0، و ملوحة 38 ‰، و أوكسجين منحل لايقل عن 4 مغ/ ل, تم تغذية الأفراد مرة واحدة يومياً بمعدل 12% من وزن الجسم بلحم الحبار و الجمبري. بينت الدراسة أن كل الإناث مستأصلة السويقة انسلخت خلال فترة 6-2 أيام، و بدأت مبايض 5 منها بالتطور في حين نفقت أنثى واحدة فقط, بينما حدث الانسلاخ عند الإناث غير مستأصلة السويقة العينية خلال فترة من 8ـ 20 يوماً، و تطورت مبايض اثنين منها فقط.
This researchwas conducted for the first time in Syria in order to studytheeffect of eyestalk ablation on moulting and ovarian maturation in PenaeusSemisulcatusas on essential step in most shrimp hatcheries . 12 females 15,5-17,5 cm and 6 adult males with a length of 14-16 cm were colectedat the sublittoal zone of city Jableh during the period from the beginning of the month of April 2012 until the end of June 2013. Eyestalks for 6 females were ablated while other females were left as control, and females were gathered with males by 2 : 1 in 150 L- tank connected to the basin 's filtering, controlled temperature range between 27-29 co and 38 ‰ salinity and oxygen dissolved 4 mg / l , Animals were fed individual once daily at a rate of 12 % of body weight with stuffed squid and shrimp. the study showed that all femaleswith eyestalk ablation were molted during the period of 2-6 days, the ovaries of five females began activeand one of female died, while females withnon of eyestalk ablation over a period of 8-20 days and ovaries oftwoof them showed development.

The effect of different concentrations of nitrate and phosphate and soil extract on the
total growth and chemical composition to the green algae Chorella vulgaris isolated from
some localaquatic habitats had studied in this research, at three type
of temperature (30 ,
25, 20), the maximum total growth reached up to 4.66 Cell/h and the lowest duplicated
time was 1.55 h at temperature 25ºC and at concentration of nitrate 1 g/L , 0.05 g/L of
phosphate, and 10/100 mL of soil solution , while the number of cells reached to 59423,61
cell/mL at the day 22 of cultivation.
The chemical composition differed by the changing of temperature and nutrient
medium composition , while the maximum protein content reached to 48.36 % at the
maximum concentration of nutrients and 25 ºC of temperature , the maximal concentration
of lipid was 19,78 % at temperature 25ºC and concentration of nitrate 0.1 g/L and 0.01 of
phosphate and 6/100 mL of soil solution , the concentration of carbohydrates were the
lowest where the maximal ratio was 17.41 % at temperature 20ºC .
The effect of green manure and biofertilizer by using (Lupinus albus and
Lupinus albu s + Rhizobium) on some soil properties and potato growth and
production during two successive seasons of 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 was
studied. The results showed
that green manure provided the soil with 3.75
kg/m2 green organic matter including (398 g dry matter and 14 g nitrogen),
while lupinus albus + Rhizobium provided the soil with 4.55 kg/m2 green
organic matter including (581 g dry matter and 22.3 g nitrogen) and improved
soil chemical properties. The results showed as well that biofertilizer significant
improved potato growth parameters: plant and tuber dry matter, foliage
surface, foliage index, plant length, plant elements content (N,P,K,Ca and Mg),
tuber number and their content of nitrate and protein .The results showed as
well that biofertilizer significant improved marketing potato yield.
