أجري البحث على 60 مريضة من مراجعات قسم التوليد و الأمراض النسائية في مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية بشكوى عقم (بدئي أو ثانوي) بين عامي 2011-2013. حيث تم أخذ قصة مرضية مفصلة من الزوجين مع التركيز عند الزوجة على الأعراض السريرية للمبيض متعدد الكيسات (بدانة، و شعرانية، و عدم انتظام الطمث، و العقم) و نفي الأسباب الأخرى للعقم الأنثوية و الذكرية. إضافة إلى معايرة ال Fsh، Lh، التستوسترون الحر، و تصوير بالأمواج فوق الصوتية للرحم و المبيضين. تم إجراء تثقيب للمبيضين بالجراحة التنظيرية و متابعة المرضى لمدة سنة تبين بعدها نجاح الحمل لدى 27 مريضة بنسبة 45% , بينما لم ينجح الحمل لدى 31 مريضة بنسبة 51.66% إضافة إلى حدوث حالتي إجهاض بنسبة 3.33%. و بينت الدراسة وجود تأثير لكل من العمر و مدة العقم و معدل LH في نجاح عملية تثقيب المبايض بالتنظير عند مريضات المبيض متعدد الكيسات.
The research was conducted on 60 patients, checking in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Assad University Hospital in Latakia, complaining of infertility(an initial or secondary) between2011-2013 A satisfactory detailed story of the couple was taken with extra focus on the clinical symptoms of polycysticovary of the wife (obesity, hirsutism, irregular menstruation, infertility) and overlooking other feminine or masculine causes of infertility. In addition to the calibration of Fsh, Lh, free testosterone, and ultrasound imaging of the uterus and ovaries, a perforation was performed on the ovaries by laparoscopic surgery. Patients were checked for a year. This check up showed healthy pregnancy in 27 patients by 45%, but this didn't work for 31 patients by 51.66%. In addition, 2 cases of abortion3.33% were reported. . The study showed that age, duration of infertility and the rate of LH had an effect on the success of the laparoscopic ovarian drilling process with patients of Polycystic ovary.

The case had been diagnosed after the laparatomy during cesarean

had been achieved in very difficult circumstances, because the hemorrhage was
very heavy.
The author could deliver a healthy fetus, save the patient's life, and save her
uterus and fertility.
The aim of the study was to identify physical, psychological, socioeconomic and
sexual concerns. This study was conducted in the antenatal clinic at children and obstetric
hospital in Lattakia City. A convenient sample of 170 women with unplanned p
regnancy
attending the previously mentioned setting was included in the study. Questionnaire sheet
was developed by researcher and used to collect the necessary data. The results of this
study revealed that 41.18% of women have physical problems due to unplanned
pregnancy, 74% of them have sad feeling and about 24%have depressed feeling. Also
unplanned pregnancy cause social problems in 49% of women, financial problems in 62%
of them. The results of this study also revealed that unplanned pregnancy affect sexual
relationship between women and their partners. So we suggest comprehensive sexual
education, availability of family planning services and increased access to a range of
effective birth control methods. and must evaluate the incidence of unplanned pregnancy in
our society and make proper action to reduce and prevent the occurrence of unplanned
pregnancy.
