The effect of the reversible photo-orientation of the Solvent Red 23 dye incorporated in Poly (methyl methacrylate) thin films has been investigated. A probe-pump optical system was used to investigate the dichroic behavior of the samples. Orthogonal polarized laser light induces a smaller increase in the transmitted beam intensity. A stronger polar order was induced using a parallel pump-probe laser light compared to that of the perpendicular state. It was found that the dichroic ratio value of the Poly (methyl methacrylate) / Solvent Red 23 thin film is 4.952, which indicates that the net orientation of Solvent Red 23 molecules is orthogonal to the applied beam field. The dynamic evolution of the dichroic ratio showed that the relaxation is rather slow, and it deteriorates in a slow logarithmic fashion, which may take a very long time in order to reach the isotropic state.

In the present paper, we discuss the influence of point defects on electrical and optical characteristics of ZnO thin films grown by the atomic layer deposition (ALD) method on glass and silicon substrates at low temperature (100°C). Room temperatu re photoluminescence (RT PL) spectra, secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS), and Hall Effect measurements were made for as-grown ZnO layers. The annealing process was performed in air as well as in N2 atmosphere at 400°C for half an hour. The long annealing resulted in a larger reduction in electron concentration. Simultaneously, an evident increase in carrier's mobility was observed, which may suggest that annealing resulted in a decreased number of native defects in the ZnO layers. Also, it was observed that hydrogen atoms in ZnO samples did not dominate their electrical properties with the increase of electrons concentration.
The thin films of TiO2 were prepared by the Sol-Gel, on glass subtracts by using the following initial solutions: trichlorethylene titanium, ethanol, sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid and distilled water. The films were annealed at temperatur es(200- 300- 400-500)c° for 1 hour. The structure of the prepared and annealed films were studied by XRD. The XRD rusltes showed that the films prepared crystallize according to orthorhombic Structure.Lattice constants were calculated and it was found that it was consistent with the data JPCDS and with some scientific works.
The study was conducted at Tishreen University, where laboratory experiments were carried out in the laboratories of the Faculty of Agriculture - Department of Soil and Water Sciences, while artificial rain experiments were conducted in the Tishreen 16 Dam lake area.

Are university students watching foreign films affected by cultural aspects presented in the film? 4. Are university students watching foreign films affected by the social aspects presented them? 5. What is the effect of what is being presented in foreign films on the daily life of the undergraduate students viewers of these films? This research was conducted on a random sample of Tishreen University students in Lattakia during academic year 2012-2013. The search presented the phenomenon of people's watching foreign films and analyzed it to identify the impact on audiences of cultural values, social and daily life style that are being promoted in foreign films. A questionnaire was designed, Data was analyzed using the SPSS20 software to reach results.
This research includes a set of mathematical models for simulating the financial activities. Worked models are determined to approve the form of inflows to the bank and outflows. We tried to study different types of banks, and performed some condi tions to make sure that the bank is working in stabilized situation. Furthermore, we identified the factors affecting the achievement of stability. These models allow more flexibility in the discussion and analysis of banking operations, helping to discern periods approaching the crisis and draw attention to the overall status of the bank. Analyzing these models gives additional time to control withdrawal and take the necessary decision at the time.
