The research aims to expose the of The Educational Effects Social Connections Network on University Youth. This research depended on the descriptive and analytical approach. The questionnaire was toll used to collect data. The questionnaire content (26) terms in three axis, they are about effects: (personality, social and cultural). The questionnaire was given to randomly sample of (130) students for the year (2012-2013) in faculty of Education and Sciences and Civil Engineering at Damascus University. (27) of them from Sciences specialization, (82) from Education specialization and (21) from Civil Engineering specialization. The (90) of them male and (40) females. The result was analyzed according to all sample. then a comparison was drown between the males and females, and between Education and Science. The results shows there aren't deferent between students (males and females) about The Educational Effects Social Connections Network on University Youth ,and there aren't deferent between (academic specialization) about The Educational Effects Social Connections Network on University Youth , The result shows that student of education more influence with social connection network then students of Science and Engineering.
The study aims to identify the reality of administrative empowerment among secondary school principals in Lattakia Governorate according to its dimensions (delegation of powers, teamwork, decision making, support and support), and study the differ ences between managers in the reality of administrative empowerment (sub dimensions and scale as a whole) Years of experience in administrative work, scientific qualification. The research was based on a descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (152) managers and managers, of which (138) were complete and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 90.79%. Using the appropriate statistical methods, the most important research results were: Secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate have generally good administrative capacity, and sub-dimensions: delegation of authority, teamwork, decision making, support and support. The gender variable does not affect the degree of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate, where there were no statistically significant differences between the average managers and managers in the general administrative empowerment situation. As for the subdivisions, there was a difference in support, Decision in favor of males. The degree of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate has increased with the number of years of experience and scientific qualification. There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of managers according to the variables of years of experience in administrative work and the scientific qualifications. And for the qualification of graduate studies, at the level of sub-dimensions, and the scale as a whole.
The study aims to identify the psychological pressures faced by adolescents with type (A) diabetes and its relationship to some variables. The study was intentionally conducted on an age group (16-18) years, where the sample consisted of (50) teena gers with diabetes type (A) (25 males, 25 females). A questionnaire of (30) items on psychological pressures was used to. It was designed on the form of an event which the teenager faces and suffers from a psychological pressure (prepared by the researcher). Indications of true content were extracted by showing it to a number of arbitrators. The stability of the questionnaire was proved by way of retail midterm where the Spearman reliability coefficient-Brown reached (0.82) and Guttman coefficient reached (0.82). These results indicate that the measure is consistently high, which makes it fit for use. The results showed that adolescents with diabetes type(A) are under high stress. Moreover, the existence of a relationship between the psychological pressures and entering the hospital. The more the times of entering the hospital, the higher the psychological pressure is. The females are subjected to psychological pressures more than males, but the statistical analysis did not show statistically significant relationship between pressure sand age at diagnosis.
The study aimed to identify growth problems in a children with an Autism Spectrum Disorders depending on the variables of disorder intensity and age. The study included 28 children (sample) ,8 cases that are classified as simple , medium, and 20 c ases with a high degree. The sample also divided according to the age of 16 children aged (5-6) years and 12 children aged (7-11) years were selected from Syrian Organization for Persons with Disabilities _Aamal To achieve the goal of the study, researcher developed a scale of 36 items divided into 8 fields . The results showed growth problems on all dimensions where (time regulation , locative regulation ,psychomotor perception , behavior , communication , body image ) got a middle score. While the kinetic skills dimension and kinetic coordination were poorly evaluated. The result of the first hypothesis indicated differences in favor of children with high evaluation in all sub-dimensions except kinetic skills dimension and kinetic coordination. The result of the second hypothesis also indicated differences in favor of children aged (7-11) years on psychomotor dimensions (behavior, psychomotor perception , kinetic skills , kinetic coordination , locative regulation ) Study Recommendations: Through the results of the current study, the researcher reached a number of recommendations in this area the need to raise awareness of the importance of Psychomotor growth in children and how to provide a supportive environment.
The study aimed to find out whether there was statistically significant between the average teacher answers differences with respect to the ethics of the school principal and teachers point of view due to the variable sex and years of experience an d place of the school and educational qualification. The study was conducted during the academic year / 2013-2014 / on a stratified random sample of teachers of the first cycle of basic education schools in the province of Latakia reached (379) teachers, and used the resolution as a research tool prepared by the researcher, After reviewing the educational literature on the study. The study found the following results: 1. the presence of statistically significant differences in the significance level (0.05) between the average responses of teachers with regard to the ethics of the headmaster of the teachers point of view attributed to the school's location, 2. There were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ) due to the variable sex, experience and qualifications, and finally I suggested several recommendations that will help managers in promoting and upgrading the moral level of their profession.
