This research aimed to study the role of Transformational Leadership Style in
Administrative Creativity on Syrian Commercial Banks in Hama. By identifying the role
of transformational leadership dimensions in developing creative abilities for
admi
nistrative cadres working in the banks under study. In order to achieve the goals of
this study, the researchers used the deductive approach. The study used a comprehensive
inventory method for workers at the administrative (middle-lower) levels, consisting of
(123). The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data. The study
concluded that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership in its
dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized
consideration) and the development of Administrative Creativity of the employees in the
banks under study. One of the most important recommendations was to be more concerned
with the application of transformational leadership practices and behaviors.

The objective of this study is to assess the reality of the professional commitment of
the employees in the private commercial banks in lattakia Governorate, The researchers
identified three types of functional commitment, which included both Affec
tive
commitment, Continuance commitment, and Normative commitment.
The researchers distributed a questionnaire to a random sample of 77 workers. Each
questionnaire included 24 phrases that measured the three types of commitment. They
calculated the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient to measure the stability of the scale, The t-test
was used for one sample to test the hypotheses, The researchers found results showing high
degrees of functional commitment of all three types, but at varying degrees, where the
mean of the responses on the expressions that measured the three types of commitment was
Greater than the mean neutrality of the scale.
The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the
determinants of capital adequacy on the return on equity as an
indicator of the performance of Syrian commercial banks and to
develop a standard model based on the financial analysis o
f published
financial statements of Syrian banks. Credit risk, capital risk, interest
rate risk, and IRP for all listed commercial banks listed on the
Damascus Securities Exchange (DSE) over a period of time extending
from 2011 to 2015, and making recommendations that help the banks
to develop their banking performance.
This paper aimed to identify the determinants of bank net interest rate margins
within the context of the Syrian banking industry. To achieve the objectives of the
study the data has been collected from those commercial banks listed on the
Damascu
s exchange stock (DES) during 2006-2010. The sample used in this study
consists of a panel data set for sixe commercial banks. The empirical specification
focuses on the reported net interest rate margin that is assumed to be a function of
operation cost, owner's equity, loans-to-asset proxy, size factor, market share,
growth rate, inflation factor, exchange rate. For testing purposes, panel data analysis
is used by employing three alternative models to estimate the parameters of the
model, the Pooled simple regression, the Fixed Effect Model and the Random Effect
Model.
