Abstract Recent approaches to data-to-text generation have adopted the very successful encoder-decoder architecture or variants thereof. These models generate text that is fluent (but often imprecise) and perform quite poorly at selecting appropriate content and ordering it coherently. To overcome some of these issues, we propose a neural model with a macro planning stage followed by a generation stage reminiscent of traditional methods which embrace separate modules for planning and surface realization. Macro plans represent high level organization of important content such as entities, events, and their interactions; they are learned from data and given as input to the generator. Extensive experiments on two data-to-text benchmarks (RotoWire and MLB) show that our approach outperforms competitive baselines in terms of automatic and human evaluation.
The industrial sector is considered one of the most important sectors leading to economic growth and development in all countries, and government policies, especially economic ones, are not limited to provisions and decisions aimed at providing the necessary components for the continued role and growth of this sector. Since there are rarely industrial projects based on their own sources. Hence, this research discussed the role played by the credit granted to this sector in the form of loans and advances in activating the movement of investments in it and how this reflected on production and its contribution to the output in order to achieve these goals, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted. The MATLAB program was also used to find the relationship between the research variables. The research revealed the weakness of the funding provided to this sector compared to the other sectors. This led to the weak role played by the credit granted to the industrial sector in spite of the strong correlation between the variables of investment and industrial production. The study deals with the situation of the Syrian Arab Republic during the period 1980-2010.
The research was carried out at Al Qardaha and Banias regions in the Syrian coast, according to the randomized complete block design RCBD, with three replicates, during the season (20162017/). The effect of site on plant growth, development and pr oductivity traits of faba bean hybrid (Super Simonia) have been studied by measuring some of phenological traits (days from planting to germination, and days from planting to flowering), vegetative growth and productivity parameters (number of branches pods/plant, number of seed/pod and 100 seeds weight) and seed total protein content (%). The results showed a significant difference in the response of Super Simonia hybrid in growth and development traits under two sites (Al Qardaha and Banias) conditions, and the plants in Banias site were significantly superior in most of the studied parameters. The research concluded to greater compatibility when Italian faba bean hybrid (Super Simonia) was cultivated under Banias site conditions as compared to Al Qardaha site, according to that the faba hybrid could be planted in Banias region and other areas which have similar environmental conditions.
This research aims at studying the most important indicators of water pollution leading to nutrient increase (eutrophication) in AL- Basel Dam Lake, and connecting them with pollution sources represented by untreated sewage water and agricultural d rainage water, including rain water coming from the lands surrounding the lake. Among the most important of these indicators are total phosphorus (TP) and total Nitrogen (TN). Samples were taken and analyzed from four sitesof the lake (S1, S2, S3, S4) were conducted periodically. The work continued to conduct tests for full hydrological cycle as of January (2016) until December (2016). The study showed that the lake was highly fertilized according to the (TN- TP) this indicates that the lake is affected by the pollutants it encounters, especially the wastewater pollutants. The specific component of algal growth was determined by knowing the ratio between total nitrogen and total phosphorus. The TN / TP ratio was greater than 10, so total phosphorus is the specific component of algal growth in the Basel DamLake.
This research aims to investigate the impact of macroeconomic variables on credit risks in the private commercial banks operating in Syria. Considering 10 commercial banks during 2009-2015, we study and analyze a number of macroeconomic variables pr oposed by the associated economic literature, and it seems that these variables have an important effect on credit risk. Preliminary tests are applied to test for the Stationarity of the selected variables. Besides, a (co-integrating) long-term relationship between the explanatory variables and the dependent variable is investigated using an ARDL model. A Fixed Effect panel model is fitted to assess the potential effects of the considered macro-variables on credits risks. It seems that macroeconomics variables have a significant role in explaining the changes in quality loans portfolio, which causes an increasing in the nonperforming loans in Syrian commercial banks. In effect, it results that there is a negative and statistically significant effect of both economic growth and inflation rate on credit risk, whereas, there is a positive and statistically significant effect of both real interest rate and real effective exchange rate on credit risk
This study deals with the determination of total mercury concentration in the water taken from three sites on Al-Kabeer Al-Shemaly River ( near the industrial area and Al- Damat Lake, and 16 Tishreen Lake), also the effect of some physio-chemical p arameters including: DO, pH, T °C. of water in the three sites was studied. Results showed that the total mercury concentration was low in general, where the medium concentration in the three studied sites was 0.29 ppb and it was less than the permission level of total mercury in the surface water(> 10 ppb), the higher value of the medium concentration of total mercury(0.35, 0.31, 0.21)ppb was recorded in the Industrial Area, Damat Lake, then 16 Tishreen Lake, respectively. For the changes in the total concentration of mercury in the three studied sites during seasons of a year, was higher in Summer comparing with other seasons. The results showed positive correlation coefficient between the total mercury concentration and temperature, pH value, but it was negative with DO in Summer.
Aiming to develop the growth, to decrease antibiotic and increase immunity of poultry, propolis and garlic powder was used in feeding of broiler chicken by adding it in the form of dry powder . The research was carried out on Hubberd hybrid which they are locally existed. Birds were divided into four groups (control and three experiment groups).
In research we studied the effect of vitamin C on the level of total cholesterol ،triglycerides ، (HDL) and (LDL) in the stressful rabbits blood by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) . We used 30 rabbits were divided into three groups:First groupnot stresse d (control group) ، Second group (Group stressed by H2O2) left without treatment until the end of the experimental period ، third group (Group stressful by hydrogen peroxide) was given orally vitamin C solution at a rate of 100 mg / kg of body weight per a day for five weeks.
Find sheds light on the problem perhaps more importantly, the total problems that we find in the history of philosophy , and is not a problem of nature Our research is trying to explore the meaning of the nature of the Beginnings, As we will try to, In this research dealt with the nature of the problem of the two sides Systematic and cognitive To find out the key points of the nature of the problem when the philosophers of the seventeenth century To try to adjust the nature of the problem in its historical context As we will try in this research shed light on the relationship between nature and other problems In the philosophy of Hegel, such as the relationship , for example, between nature and logic, nature and absolute idea. Is Hegel was able to solve the problem of nature and its relationship with the various aspects of his philosophy؟ Or is it Al this problem and do so by him Kant There is also in our many other problems discussed by Hegel with nature problem.
In this research, we have derived an analytical equation gives dependency of the total gas pressure to operation time for halogen self-quenched GM counter tubes and organic vapor or gas selfquenched GM counter tubes. This equation indicates that t he gas pressure exponentially decreases as the operation time increases, at constant temperature of tube and constant activity that this tube exposed to.
