تم في هذا البحث دراسة تأثير فيتامين C في مستوى الكولسترول الكلي و الشحوم الثلاثية
و البروتينات الشحمية عالية الكثافة HDL و البروتينات الشحمية منخفضة الكثافة LDL في
الدم عند الأرانب المجهدة ببيروكسيد الهيدروجين (H2O2) و ذلك باستخدام 30 أرنباً،
قسمت إلى ثلاث مجموعات بالتساوي: مجموعة أولى غير مجهدة (الشاهد)، المجموعة
الثانية (مجهدة ببيروكسيد الهيدروجين) تركت دون معالجة حتى نهاية التجربة، المجموعة
الثالثة (مجهدة ببيروكسيد الهيدروجين) و جُرِّعَت محلول فيتامين سي 100ملغ/كغ لمدة
خمسة أسابيع .
In research we studied the effect of vitamin C on the level of total
cholesterol ،triglycerides ، (HDL) and (LDL) in the stressful
rabbits blood by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) . We used 30 rabbits
were divided into three groups:First groupnot stressed (control
group) ، Second group (Group stressed by H2O2) left without
treatment until the end of the experimental period ، third group
(Group stressful by hydrogen peroxide) was given orally vitamin C
solution at a rate of 100 mg / kg of body weight per a day for five
weeks.
