Congestion has a lot of reasons, one of them is poor infrastructure that leads to a state of congestion, a significant increase in the number of vehicles, a lack of prior information for road users about the traffic situation, Division of traffic management into several departments (Public works, municipality, security, transport…). They become ineffective in some areas, aggressive driving style Which may be an effective factor in creating congestion, in addition to the use of individual transport rather than mass transport. Latakia suffers from a very poor transport system, and the indiscriminate movement of vehicles on its streets. This has been accompanied by increased traffic, which has led to many problems. The most important is the problem of congestion, in terms of increasing the values of delay times in different road sectors. This has contributed to major traffic crises and congestion. It affected service levels on arterial streets in the city's downtown, in the absence of rush-hour studies. Two main streets have been selected in the commercial and downtown center of Latakia City, which is an important arterial street for the distribution of movement. These arterial streets connect the commercial and administrative center of the city with the other parties of the city. The moving controller analyses a large number of actual speeds of the vehicle, measured in each sector, with a view to estimating congestion, calculating its indicators, and determining peak hours. Congestion levels were inferred based on the values of the speed performance index, and the average speeds of daytime and evening peak hours have been mapped to considered street sectors.
This paper presents a strategy of variable speed wind turbine connected to a permanent magnet synchronous generator; the goal is to get the most possible wind turbines. We used a wind energy conversion system model consisting of a wind turbine, perma nent magnet synchronous generator, rectifier, buck-boost chopper, inverter, load, and traditional controller PI to stabilize the voltage obtained from the wind turbine and synchronous generator at a variable wind speed. Then we used one of the artificial intelligence techniques represented by the genetic algorithm to get the maximum possible wind turbine. The traditional controller PI and the genetic algorithm we modeled using the Matlab R2014a program and from it we obtained the advantages of mechanical power for wind turbine and determined maximum power points at each wind speed.
This paper suggests improving the quality and performance of electrical grid by using Four Chopper circuit in the DC –Link of the variable speed drive system with 12 pulse rectifier. In addition, it analyses the effects on the ripple factor for bot h current and voltage in DClink and improving the system's stability. For this study a variable speed drive system has been simulated and designed with the proposed chopper and 12 pulse rectifiers. In order to confirm the ability of Using four - quadrant chopper with rectifier circuits and its ability to improve the stability of the power systems, a variable speed system has been simulated Finally, A discussion of the results was introduced. The giving results show the advantages of using the proposed chopper with variable speed drive systems.
في هذه الأطروحة قمنا بدراسة أحد جوانب البحث في الشبكات اللاسلكية الكثيفة و هي إدارة الحركية، و ركزنا على أساليب و طرق إدارة الحركية الموزعة و التي تعتمد على بروتوكولات إدارة الحركية المعيارية MIPv6 و PMIPv6 ، درسنا هذه الطرق مع ذكر إيجابيات و سلبيات كل منها و مقارنتها، ثم قمنا باقتراح خوارزمية جديدة لإدارة الحركية الموزعة بشكل كامل و التي تعتمد على بروتوكول PMIPv6 حيث يكون فيها مستوي البيانات و مستوي التحكم منفصلين و موزعين، و يتم تطبيقها في الشبكات اللاسلكية ذات البنية المسطحة الغير هرمية.

In this study, it'll analysis the portal axle by using finite element method (FEM), modal analysis will simulated on three different combinations of gear train system, the three gear trains being analyzed are: gear train without idler gear, one idler gear and two idler gears. FEM static stress analysis will also simulated on three different gear train to study the gear teeth bending stress and contact stress behavior of the gear trains in different angular positions from °0 to °18 degree.
