This research aims at offering a comparative analysis of the “negative sentence” in the Semitic languages, Akkadian, Hebrew, Ugaritic and Arabic. The research proceeds from the linguistic use in Hamorabi's legislations, The Genesis, The Holy Quran, and The myth of Aqhat. The method used was examining these texts, following up the cases of agreement and disagreement in the syntactical functions of the negative particles. I tried in to clarify the effect of these particles in the time-meaning of the syntactical structure through the negative case of the nominal sentence, verbal sentence, and absolute negative. Then I presented the features of NOT, the oldest negative particle in these languages. This examination allowed the research to survey the cases of the negative sentence in the light of order and apocopation. It refers to the relation between exception and negative, negative and interrogation, negative and confirmation. It draws attention to the phonetic changes in the negative particles. As a conclusion the research states the linguistic study of the negative sentence is of the basic body of the language. It does not suffice to study the concept of the sentence as it is mentioned in the books of Arabic or Semitic syntax. The research proves that the comparative Semitic study endeavors to deep root the linguistic semantic study of the particles. It presents scientific explanation in phonetic, syntactical and morphological cases. The researcher is ushered to a wider space in the field of linguistic analysis of the structures in the Semitic sentence.
This study tries to settle some rules for the law of pharyngeal sounds. These rules rely on the existent live language usages. In order to put these rules, this study presents some information about the area of pharyngeal sounds, and the view of pre vious and more recent researchers to pharyngeal sounds. After this, the study presents pharyngeals in comparison between Arabic and Semitic languages. Later, the study proposes the existence of a general rule that applies to all members of the group of those languages; where all Semitic languages are obligated with this rule, except Arabic, in which the rule is applied optionally. This voluntary application of such a rule in Arabic resulted in the existence of many alternative forms much more than in other languages. The study has used two methods: The descriptive analytical and the comparative historical methods.
Being and Event is the title of the most prominent book of the French philosopher Alain Badiou, but it’s also a title of an entire philosophical space. Between the two sides of this title, the philosophy has reorganized all the traditional philosop hical concepts, especially the truth and the subject. In this context, Badiou’s philosophy is particularly affluent, because it returned back to the very beginning of the philosophy, and launched a discussion with the most eminent philosophical moments in the history of philosophy. In this article, we represent the outlines of this philosopher’s doctrine, it’s the first representation of its kind in Arabic, and we discuss the most important topics he put up, especially the political ones.

The study concluded that Altarnum is a kind of audible performance which is dominant in poetry. It is based on prolongation a and rewind ،to achieve homonymy during the long tidal articulation or the use of suffix often Al- Tanween ،Altarnum ،is not limited to the Tanween of Altarnum ،but achieved in some types of diversity in other kinds of Al- Tanween. In Altarnum ،using Al-Tanween is legal even if it contradicts with other grammarians' opinions ،because of Nun's value rhythmic grainy ،and systematic musical frequencies. The study also concluded that Altarnum which is different from Solomon(chanting) ،which is nothing more than raising the voice without homonymy ، which seems to replace the "Maddah" with "Noan" or bind the end of speech Soothing.
