The study aimed to know the role of the school in the face of terrorism in the Syrian Arab Republic from the viewpoint of high school students, may be a community study of secondary school students from schools in the province of Homs for the acad emic year 2014/2015 totaling (4905) male and female students, and included a sample study ( 826) male and female students based on random cluster method, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was used as a means to collect data and information by the researcher was used descriptive analytical method.
The research works based on an economic study on sugar beet crop in Syria during the period (1985 2003), and its prospectives taking into account the cultivated area, yield and total production in order to know the extent of cultivation developmen t and the factors influencing this crop. Results showed that the area under sugar beet was unstable, which negatively reflected on the yield and production during the studied period. However, these changes were not statistically important for the cultivated area (non-significant regression), while the regression was significant for the yield and production.
The governorate of Tartous, which lies on the east Mediterranean coast in the west of Syria, is considered an important endemic area for human cutaneous leishmaniasis (HCL). Between June and October 2004, 988 sand flies were collected, from 13 vil lages distributed in five principle areas of the governorate, by using sticky paper (SP) and CDC traps. The 20/988 sand flies caught, belonged to the genus Sergentomyia, whereas 968/988 sand flies were Phlebotomus species. The Sergentomyia caught were S. dentata (2%). The identified Phlebotomus were P. papatasi (49.8%), P. syriacus (35.5%), P. tobbi (10.8%), P. neglectus (0.6%), P. jacusieli (0.7%), and P. simici (0.5%). The later two species are recorded for the first time in Tartous governorate.
This study has aimed to analyze the experience of health insurance in the Syrian Arab Republic between 2010 and 2018 in order to know the extent of development in the health insurance sector during the study period. The study also has focused on thre e basic indicators: the number of health insurers from 2010 to 2018, the distribution of health insurers in the government and private sector to health insurance expenses management companies, health insurance premiums. The researcher has studied and analyzed the basic health insurance indicators and showed their impact on the health development process in Syria. The study has achieved a set of results, the most important of which are: the poor level of insurance culture among the Syrian citizen, the impact of the war in Syria on the health insurance sector from the increase in the cost of providing health service to the insured for different types of service providers.
The study aimed at identifying the level of communication effectiveness practiced by administrators in sports institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to fit the research purposes. Th e study was conducted on a sample of 102 managers in the General Sports Federation, In a random way from the original search community. The results of the study showed that the communication components "transmitter, message, receiver" are consistent with each other and there is no difference between them which serves the goal of communication as an administrative process. The communication level was medium among the sports workers in the Syrian Arab Republic. Work and achieve its objectives by understanding the meaning of balance between communication components. The researcher recommended that the importance of communication as an administrative process like other processes, such as planning, organization and follow-up by the administrative leaders, and emphasis on detailed attention to the components of communication to achieve its goal and not focus on the component without the other, and attention to identify the reactions resulting from the process of communication in order to identify the extent of achieving goals And to develop communication skills development programs among the administrative leaders and the sports workers.
