بهدف إجراء نمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد لتركيب مملحة الكوم (تشكيلة الكوروشينا دولوميت
الخازنة) في السلسلة التدمرية الشمالية، تم في هذه الدراسة فرز العواكس الهامة، لاسيما
عاكس الكوراشينا أنهدريت، الغطاء، و الكوراشينا دولوميت، الحامل، و تم انشاء
الخرائط الزمنية لهما، كما تم وضع خارطة توزع السرع لتشكيلة الكوراشينا
دولوميت، و من ثم وضعت الخارطة العمقية لها. و بناءً عليه تم بناء نموذج بنيوي
ثلاثي الأبعاد للتشكيلة الهدف (الكوراشينا دولوميت) حددت من خلاله بنيتها
الجيولوجية الدقيقة للوقوف على المأمولية الهيدروكربونية لها.
In order to build 3D structural model for Mamlaht Al-Kom
structure in the North Palmyride Chain, the potential reflections
were defined like Korushina Anhydrite (K.A) the cover, and
Korushina Dolomite (K.D) the reservoir, therefore the time,
velocity, and depth maps for Korushina dolomite reflection were
constructed. Finally the 3D Structural Model for formation (K.D)
was defined. So that the hydrocarbon potential is discussed.
