يعرض التقرير دراسة لبعض أهم المؤسسات المُتخصِّصة بتقييم الجامعات في العالم. يجري في البداية تقديم شرح عن هذه المؤسسات و هي المؤسسة البريطانية QS) Quacquarelli Symonds) ، و مؤسسة التصنيف الأكاديمي للجامعات العالمية ،ARWU) Academic Ranking of World Uni versities) و مؤسسة تصنيف الجامعات العالمي على شبكة الإنترنت ،Webometrics) World University Ranking on The Web تُقدِّم الدراسة معلومات عن تاريخ هذا المؤسسات و عدد الجامعات التي تقوم بتقييمها بالإضافة إلى تواريخ إصدار تقارير التقييم الخاصة بها.
This Study aims to explore the determinants of higher education service in Syria and the relative importance of each of these determinants upon the overall perceived quality of higher education and students` satisfaction ,to assess perceived quality and students` satisfaction, and to discover any differences in this perceived quality and satisfaction in terms of selected demographic variables (Gender, Study type, Academic sector, Academic level ,Year of study for Bachelor students).
تشكل خارطة الطريق إطاراً عاماً لتسوية النزاع الفلسطيني/الإسرائيلي، و هو أحد المسارات الأساسية لمشكلة الشرق الأوسط، الناجمة عن استمرار الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للأراضي العربية المحتلة و انتهاكه الدائم لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني. و تهدف الخارطة حسبما اقترحتها ال لجنة الرباعية، إلى إحلال السلم بين الأطراف المتنازعة من خلال متابعة التفاوض حسب مراحل زمنية محددة بغية التوصل إلى تسوية نهائية، تؤدي إلى نشوء دولة فلسطينية مستقلة و قابلة للحياة. و لكن السؤال المطروح: هل تستطيع فعلاً نصوص خارطة الطريق الإسهام بإنجاح عملية التسوية الشاملة و العادلة لمشكلة الشرق الأوسط أم في تعثرها؟
The research aims to identify the level of social responsibility among university students in the universities of Damascus and rebirth, and to identify the role of the university in the concept of social responsibility to the university youth deve lopment, and develop proposals to activate the role of universities in promoting the concepts of social responsibility, the researcher has used the comparative approach and descriptive analytical method based on the scale social responsibility and identify the concepts of social responsibility among university students Measures search to answer research questions, and applied research on a stratified random sample reached(100) students from Damascus University students and 100 students from the Baath.
The Special Drawing Rights (SDR) is an innovative system made by the International Monetary Fund. It was coined to resolve the problem of the lack of liquidity that faced by the international community in the late sixties of the twentieth century. The system of SDR was executed with the First Amendment to the Agreement of the International Monetary Fund in 1969, although of the International dispute regarding many topics, Such as the enclosure of SDR as a key component inside the international monetary system, the legal nature of SDR, and the size and the role that it should take. Three versions of the SDRs have been produced. The latest and largest one was 161.2 billion units, which is equivalent to 250 billion USD, to be added to the earlier smaller versions. This study addresses the SDR through few points: The first one deals with the concept of SDR and the origin of its inception. The second focuses on its legal nature, and obligations of its users. The third point deals with the mechanism of the allocation of SDR. The fourth addresses the reality of the SDR, and the difference between its system and the system which is based on the dollar. The fifth and last point looks at amending the SDR system, and providing possible scenarios for its future role. ...
