يهتم هذا البحث بدراسة خصوصية الركن المادي لجرائم البيئة في القانون السوري و الفرنسي. فهذه الجرائم تختلف اختلافاً جذرياً عن الجرائم التقليدية فهي من جهة تنطوي على خطورة عالية و تأثيرها من جهة أخرى لا يقتصر على الجيل الحالي بل يمتد إلى الأجيال القادمة. و قد قسمنا هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة مطالب: خصص الأول لدراسة النشاط الإجرامي، و كرس الثاني للنتيجة الجرمية و الثالث سيهتم بالرابطة بين النشاط الإجرامي و النتيجة الجرمية. و بينت النتائج أن التشريعات محل الدراسة كافة استخدموا النصوص الواردة على بياض عند التحديد المادي للوقائع، و لجئوا أيضا إلى النصوص المرنة الواسعة في حالات تعريف البيئة و ملوثاتها، و جرموا الأفعال الخطرة لأن أكثر الجرائم الماسة بالبيئة تنضوي تحت جرائم التعريض للخطر، و أوصينا بضرورة استخدام المشرع الجزائي لعبارة"الفساد البيئي" الواردة في القرآن الكريم لأنها أشمل و أدق من عبارة "التلوث البيئي"، و كذلك بضرورة سن تشريعات جزائية جديدة و بغض النظر عن وجود مضرور أو لا.

In computational linguistics, it has been shown that hierarchical structures make language models (LMs) more human-like. However, the previous literature has been agnostic about a parsing strategy of the hierarchical models. In this paper, we investi
gated whether hierarchical structures make LMs more human-like, and if so, which parsing strategy is most cognitively plausible. In order to address this question, we evaluated three LMs against human reading times in Japanese with head-final left-branching structures: Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) as a sequential model and Recurrent Neural Network Grammars (RNNGs) with top-down and left-corner parsing strategies as hierarchical models. Our computational modeling demonstrated that left-corner RNNGs outperformed top-down RNNGs and LSTM, suggesting that hierarchical and left-corner architectures are more cognitively plausible than top-down or sequential architectures. In addition, the relationships between the cognitive plausibility and (i) perplexity, (ii) parsing, and (iii) beam size will also be discussed.
The aim of this study is to study the possibilities of obtaining materials with a material
shift to the higher wavelengths that fall within the C-Band window currently used in fiber
optic communication systems. This is done by mixing pure SiO2 with
different materials
and different percentages. We find the evidence of refraction of the core material in an
optical fiber and study the change of these clues by sequential wavelength of light from the
solimer constants obtained from the OptiFiber program. We then calculated the physical
