According to the algae ability in photosynthesis and carbohydrate production with high value in nutrition and industry, this research was carried out during 2015 to study the qualitative and quantitative content of carbohydrates in Chlorella vulgaris which was isolated from southern Syrian fresh water, and to determine the effect of the growth conditions; temperature (15, 25, 35 C), sodium nitrate concentration (0.1, 0.25, 0.4 g/l) and pH (6, 7, 8) on that content. The results showed that the total content was in the range of 20% to 40%;with galactose and rhamnose dominating among the rest of sugars. The temperature 15°C was the best to get the greatest total content with the highest value of starch, cellulose, hemicellulose and pectin. In addition, the low nitrate concentration 0.1 g/l was combined with the highest content of pectin and its compounds, while the glucose content was not affected by the nitrogen concentration. Related to pH effect, the acidic media was proved to be the best for the highest carbohydrate content. Moreover, cellulose, starch, and pectin increased in the alkali medium over the rest of carbohydrates.

In this study we isolated chlorella vulgaris alage from some water areas , and test effect some conditions (light intensity,Nitrat and phosphate concentrations ,solution soil) on its Growth Range and Duplicated time the cells.
The effect of different concentrations of nitrate and phosphate and soil extract on the total growth and chemical composition to the green algae Chorella vulgaris isolated from some localaquatic habitats had studied in this research, at three type of temperature (30 , 25, 20), the maximum total growth reached up to 4.66 Cell/h and the lowest duplicated time was 1.55 h at temperature 25ºC and at concentration of nitrate 1 g/L , 0.05 g/L of phosphate, and 10/100 mL of soil solution , while the number of cells reached to 59423,61 cell/mL at the day 22 of cultivation. The chemical composition differed by the changing of temperature and nutrient medium composition , while the maximum protein content reached to 48.36 % at the maximum concentration of nutrients and 25 ºC of temperature , the maximal concentration of lipid was 19,78 % at temperature 25ºC and concentration of nitrate 0.1 g/L and 0.01 of phosphate and 6/100 mL of soil solution , the concentration of carbohydrates were the lowest where the maximal ratio was 17.41 % at temperature 20ºC .
The experiment was carried out during spring season 2016 to study the effect of foliar spraying treatment with Tecamin Flower 2.5 ml/L in comparison with distilled water, on growth of three hybrids of tomatoes at two different levels of irrigation (100 and 50 % of field capacity). Three sprays were conducted started from flowering with two weeks’ interval. The results showed that ‘Finenss’ hybrid had significant differences in plant height, branches per plant and leaves number per plant. ‘Hadeer’ hybrid had superiority in dry matter ratio and content of chlorophyll in leaves. Reducing the level of irrigation resulted in a significant decrease in plant height, total branches number, versus an increase in the leaves number per plant, total leaves area and the percentage of dry matter. The results showed that the treatment with Tecamin flower led to a significant increase in all indicators studied. The interaction treatments shoed that Hadeer hybrid irrigated in level 50 % and spraying of nutrient solution (Tecamin flower) had a significant increase in dry matter ratio and chlorophyll content in leaves. While the hybrid Finenss which irrigated in level 100 % with nutrient solution (Tecamin flower) had a significant increase in leaves number per plant and total leaves area.
The investigation was conducted during 2013-2014 in Al-Moroj - Baniyas - Tartous. The effect of grafting cucumber (Hybrid Amir F1 and Potenza F1) on (TZ 148 F1) rootstock on growth and production was studied. The experiment contained 4 treatments (ungrafted Amir F1 and Potenza F1, and grafted ones on Cucurbita hybrid). The results showed that grafted cucumber (Amir F1) on (TZ 148 F1) was significantly superior to other treatments in leaf area (15368.79 cm2.plant-1) and total production (21.58 kg .m-2). Grafting cucumber (Potenza F1) on (TZ148 F1) leaded to a significant decrease in each of plant height (113.25 cm), number of secondary branches (7.5 branch . plant-1), number of female flowers (94.13 flower . plant-1), number of fruits (38.13 fruit . plant-1) and total production (14.61 kg .m-2). The earliness in grafted cucumber (Amir F1 and Potenza F1) on (TZ 148 F1) (0.19 and 0.28 kg .m-2 respectively) was significantly decreased compared to ungrafted plants (0.43 and 0.54 kg .m-2 respectively). Grafting on (TZ 148 F1) didn't affected the fruit qualitative characteristics.
this study was carried out during summer 2014 in Siano Research Station- the Agricultura Research Center in Lattakia . Four varieties of Cowpea: Dolicho (entrance), Blackey (entrance), Almaarefa (Local) and local cultivar were planted and compared concerning the vegetative growth , productivity and quality of green pods. The results showed the superiority of Almaarefa cultivar in some vegetative traits :plant hieght (166.66) cm compared with local cultivar 116.58 cm ,number of leaves on plant and( 27) leaves and( 17) leaves for local cultivar, and plant leaves area( 7840.23) cm2 for Almaarefa comparing with( 4499.75) cm2 for local cultivar As well as it had a maximum pod length( 16.71) cm and highest grain number of pod( 9.44) ,while Blackey cultivar was the most superior comparing with other cultivars in productivity( 0.6229) kg \ m 2 and pod's number/m2 ( 81.069) Whereas Almaarefa had the lowest productivity( 0.4935) kg/m2 and lowest pod's number ( 65.89)pod/m2. The results also showed that the local cultivar had the most vitamin C content comparing with other cultivars by( 23.765%) and in dry matter by (15.38%) , while there was no significant differences between protein green pods content.
