This study aimed to identify extent of use of instructional technology competencies by class teachers in basic school from their perspective . The sample of the study consisted of (85)male and female teachers from the public school in the educational directorate of Hama. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire of (59) competencies distributed to five areas which design, selection, and use, production and Calendar. Mean, standard deviations and t-test were used. The findings of the study reveal that the of exercise teachers grade in Hama the competences of educational technology is low. There are also statisticallysignificant findings in the exercise teachers grade the competences of educational technology related to gender in favor of male. There are also no statistically significant findings in the exercise teachers grade the competences of educational technology relatedto the educational qualification variable.

The research aims to identify thedegree of using creative thinking skills in teaching social studies subjects by class teachers in the governorate of Hama and knowledge of the differences in teachers' answers on the search tool depending on the variables (sex, years of teaching experience).
This research aimed to identify the extent of practicing the necessary teaching competencies to the social studies teachers for sixth elementary grade, and preparing a list of the most important of these competencies To achieve the research's obje ctives, the researcher prepared a list which contains the most important competencies which are necessary for social studies teachers in sixth elementary grade, and extracted a questionnaire from it forwarded to teachers to measure the extent of practicing the competencies.
The study aimed at identifying the degree of availability of the skills of the educational technology of the teachers of the grade in the basic education stage (the first episode) in the schools of Damascus governorate. The difference between the average scores of the responses of the individuals in the research sample is based on the identification of the skills of the education technology according to the variables (gender, educational qualification, number of years of experience). The study sample consisted of (388) teachers and teachers who were randomly selected during the first semester of the academic year (2016/2017).
‏ ‏The study aimed to identify the degree of high school technology teachers' practice of ‎international technical standards in the field of education (ISTE) in teaching the content of the ‎Palestinian technology curriculum, and to achieve this, t he researcher constructed a questionnaire ‎consisting of (50) items distributed into (5) fields, which were distributed to the study sample ‎The size of (80) male and female teachers, and in order to analyze the data, use arithmetic means ‎and standard deviations, (T) test for independent samples, analysis of single variance, and (LSD) ‎test. The results indicated that the degree of technology teachers ’practice in the secondary stage of ‎international technical standards in the field of education (ISTE) in teaching the content of the ‎Palestinian technology curriculum is large, as the arithmetic average is (3.78). The results also ‎indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study ‎sample responses the degree to which technology teachers practice international technology ‎standards in the field of education (ISTE). In teaching curriculum content in public secondary ‎schools, it is attributed to the variable of gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and ‎the number of training courses. The results also indicated the existence of significant differences ‎a statistic between the averages of the study sample responses the degree of technology teachers ‎‎’practice of international technical standards in the field of education (ISTE) in teaching ‎curriculum content in government secondary schools attributable to the variable of academic ‎specialization, and based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to ‎continue using technology books for the eleventh and second grades Ten tenths in teaching in ‎Palestinian schools because of their inclusion and guarantee of international standards for ‎technology in the field of education (ISTE)‎‏.‏
The present research aimed to identify the extent of the practice of science teachers for creative thinking skills in teaching students basic sixth grade in the city of Lattakia, according to the variables: educational qualification. The applicatio n note card prepared by the researcher; to identify creative thinking skills included (30) items, and is divided into four axes: fluency, flexibility, originality, and expansion. The research sample has been selected randomly, and applied the note card on (30) teachers for the academic year 2016/ 2017, and descriptive method was used. The results showed that science teachers do not practice creative thinking skills while teaching sixth grade students, and the degree of practice of creative thinking skills was low. Also, the results indicated that there is no statistically significant difference between the average grade of the practice of science teachers for creative thinking skills in the skills of fluency, flexibility, originality, and expansion. And there was no statistically significant difference between the average grade of the practice of science teachers for creative thinking skills according to the variables educational qualification. The research presented several proposals, the most important of which is the work on the development of basic education curricula that are directly related to the skills of creative thinking, as well as conducting studies on the importance of developing creative thinking skills in scientific subjects.
