هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى درجة ممارسة معلمي التكنولوجيا للمرحلة الثانوية لمعايير التكنولوجيا العالمية في مجال التعليم (ISTE) في تدريس محتوى منهاج التكنولوجيا الفلسطيني، ومن تحقيق ذلك قام الباحث ببناء استبانه مكونه (50) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات، تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة البالغ حجمها (80) معلماً ومعلمة، ومن أجل تحليل البيانات إستخدم المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار(ت) للعينات المستقلة، وتحليل التباين الاحادي، واختبار(LSD)، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة ممارسة معلمي التكنولوجيا للمرحلة الثانوية لمعايير التكنولوجيا العالمية في مجال التعليم (ISTE) في تدريس محتوى منهاج التكنولوجيا الفلسطيني كبيرة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي عليها (3.78)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة في درجة ممارسة معلمي التكنولوجيا لمعايير التكنولوجيا العالمية في مجال التعليم (ISTE) في تدريس محتوى المنهاج في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، وعدد الدورات التدريبة، كما أشارت النتائج الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة في درجة ممارسة معلمي التكنولوجيا لمعايير التكنولوجيا العالمية في مجال التعليم (ISTE) في تدريس محتوى المنهاج في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي، وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة اوصي الباحث بضرورة الاستمرار في استخدام كتب التكنولوجيا للصف الحادي عشر والثاني عشر في التدريس في المدارس الفلسطينية بسب اشتمالها وتضمنها للمعايير العالمية للتكنولوجيا في مجال التعليم((ISTE.
The study aimed to identify the degree of high school technology teachers' practice of international technical standards in the field of education (ISTE) in teaching the content of the Palestinian technology curriculum, and to achieve this, the researcher constructed a questionnaire consisting of (50) items distributed into (5) fields, which were distributed to the study sample The size of (80) male and female teachers, and in order to analyze the data, use arithmetic means and standard deviations, (T) test for independent samples, analysis of single variance, and (LSD) test. The results indicated that the degree of technology teachers ’practice in the secondary stage of international technical standards in the field of education (ISTE) in teaching the content of the Palestinian technology curriculum is large, as the arithmetic average is (3.78). The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses the degree to which technology teachers practice international technology standards in the field of education (ISTE). In teaching curriculum content in public secondary schools, it is attributed to the variable of gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and the number of training courses. The results also indicated the existence of significant differences a statistic between the averages of the study sample responses the degree of technology teachers ’practice of international technical standards in the field of education (ISTE) in teaching curriculum content in government secondary schools attributable to the variable of academic specialization, and based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to continue using technology books for the eleventh and second grades Ten tenths in teaching in Palestinian schools because of their inclusion and guarantee of international standards for technology in the field of education (ISTE).

This study aimed to identify extent of use of instructional technology
competencies by class teachers in basic school from their perspective .
The sample of the study consisted of (85)male and female teachers from
the public school in the educatio
nal directorate of Hama.
To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher designed a
questionnaire of (59) competencies distributed to five areas which design,
selection, and use, production and Calendar.
Mean, standard deviations and t-test were used.
The findings of the study reveal that the of exercise teachers grade in
Hama the competences of educational technology is low. There are also
statisticallysignificant findings in the exercise teachers grade the
competences of educational technology related to gender in favor of male.
There are also no statistically significant findings in the exercise teachers
grade the competences of educational technology relatedto the educational
qualification variable.
The research aimed at identifying the degree of the availability of teaching technology
adequacies among teachers (Second cycle) of basic education schools. In addition, it aimed at
identifying the degree of practicing these adequacies by teachers.
The research subjects consisted
from all Biology teachers in all (Second cycle) of basic education schools and were (106) teachers
who represented the sample of the research. A questionnaire was prepared and consisted in its final
shape of (56) adequacies divided into (7) fields as follows: Designing instruction, instruction
strategies, choosing teaching technologies, using teaching technologies, using teaching devices,
services of teaching technologies center and assessment.
