The present study aimed at revealing the relationship between abnormal Family climate and some familial factors, as economic level of the family and educational level of the father and mother, to the Neuroticism among Public High School Students in Homs City. The sample of study consists of 290 students in some Public High School Students in Homs City. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between adolescent identity formation and neuroticism. The sample size of the study was 183 adolescents, 92 male students and 91 female students from the city of Homs. In this study, the resea rcher used Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (the dimension of neuroticism) and the identity formation questionnaire for adolescents, which was prepared by Fadia Bellah (2007). The aim of the research was to identify the relationship between the two levels of social anxiety and psychological Hardiness among the general secondary school students in Damascus city, and their differences in the levels of social anxiety and psychological Hardiness according to gender and grade. The study sample consisted of (698) male and female students who were randomly selected from the general secondary schools in Damascus. The social anxiety scale (the researcher's preparation) and the mental hardness scale (Maddi & Koshaba, 2001) were applied after verifying their validity and stability.
