تم إجراء الكشف عن وجود بكتريا Listeria في زهاء 330 عينة مـن الحليـب الخـام و منتجاتـه
المختلفة (حليب مبستر، الأجبان البيضاء، شنكليش، المثلجات اللبنية)، تم إحضار العينـات مـن منـاطق
مختلفة من القطر العربي السوري في الفترة الممتدة من تموز 2002 حتى نهاية آذار 2003 ، و قد وجـد
أن نسبة المخالفة للمواصفات السورية 4 % للحليب الخام، و 0 % للحليـب المبـستر، و 2 % للأجبـان
البيضاء، و 5.0 % للشنكليش و 0 % للمثلجات اللبنية. كما تم تحديد هوية الأنواع المعزولة مـن Listeria
من المنتجات السابقة، فكانت monocytogenes.L هي السائدة، و بـشكل أقـل عزلـت innocua. L
و L.ivanovii.
Three hundreds and thirty samples of raw milk and some of the Syrian
dairy products collected during 2002-2003 from different areas of Syria, and
were used to detect the presecne of Listeria in these products.
Results indicated that mainly L. monocytogenes and to a lesser degree
L.innocua and L.ivanovii were found in these products. The perecentage of
violating of the Syrian standards was 4 % in raw milk, 0.0% in pasteurized
milk, 2% in white cheese, 0.5% in shinglish and 0.0% in ice cream. And it has
been deterhmined the identity of the isolated bacterial species of Listeria from
the above-mentioned products, where L. monocytogenes was dominant, and to a
lesser estent were L. innocua and L. ivanovii.
